Everything was great: location close to the center, quietness, comfort of the rooms, quality of breakfast and kindness of the staff members. Our second stay and once again totally satisfied.

The best experience we had during our stay was at the reception. We were traveling with a few kids, and there was an issue with our room that initially caused us some concern. However, the receptionist, Milfa, went above and beyond to address our needs promptly and efficiently, sorting everything out in no time. Her professionalism and quick response were a huge relief and made us feel truly valued as guests. Thanks to her efforts, the rest of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Milfa for her outstanding service, which truly set the tone for a fantastic stay.

I would recommend Toby Old Windsor to everyone. The staff are top class and really took care of us. The Manager (didn't get his name) (from Sligo) was very friendly and customer service was second to none. Well done to all that made the trip a super one. Will be back!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Met our needs. Viv runs the hotel. Viv is so accommodating, goes out of her way to help and ensure you have a great stay. Allowed u to park at the property while we visited Windsor. Gives guests a guide of local pubs, restaurants, trains, etc. You couldn’t ask for more.

We messaged the property in the very early hours of the morning on our day of arrival as our arrival time changed considerably and they we're fantastic at arranging a very early check in for us making our day. The room was exceptionally clean and well stocked with amenities. The bed was delightfully comfortable and the free parking was a god send for the area.

Professional staff are caring and welcoming, especially mr.abdulrahman who made our stay easy and hurdless.

Close to Windsor castle, lots of bars and restaurants but the hotel restaurant is exceptional

The service is excellent, they make you feel right at home. The facilities are very cozy, and the location is perfect: it's quiet and not crowded, as it’s close to Windsor Castle. The room is spacious, and a big plus is that it includes a bathtub. Breakfast is really good: very complete, with plenty of delicious options. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Beautiful Thames-side location with lovely architecture

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options to start the day. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Staff were really welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and great for a family to stay in. Breakfast was awesome with a good selection of things for anyone to enjoy. Location was also great for sightseeing around Windsor.

The experience of staying in a lodge was peaceful and beautiful. The different playareas kept kids busy. Very nice experience.
