Staff was very friendly, size and design of the rooms was very great, the location of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was Excellent. Usually when you ask for a safety box at the reception, the staff member takes you to the safety box room and provide you with a box which is usually equipped with two keys, one is kept with the reception and the other is kept with the guest. This was not the case in this hotel, the receptionist took my wallet and went inside and then came back with a small sheet of paper as a receipt. This was not secure totally. Although I got my wallet back later on with nothing missing. but this should not be the standard procedure in such luxury Hotel. I suggest that they should change their procedure. |

Excellent Service. Checked in early, was upgraded to delux Suite which had stunning views over London. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. |

Good location for the West End Overpriced bar, service charge, smelly drains, despite a huge bathroom impossible to sit on toilet in comfort due to closeness of hand basin shelf |

Nice hotel, centrally located. Tried relocated to another hotel far away. Not a good option as location was the primary incentive to choose this hotel |

Loved the luxury surroundings and convenience, staff very polite Yes very unhappy with the quality of the breakfast, we thought we would treat ourselves to breakfast in bed.....1 Sausage 1 bacon 2 egg and mushrooms doesn't warrant £20+ each. It was terrible couldn't eat it. Tasted of cooking oil eggs were like rubber |

The Location. The breakfast, The helpfulness of the Concierge and Doormen. Bar / dining area nice. Some rooms are small with very small beds, had water dripping from the ceiling in one room. Corridors and rooms dark / drab, definately not 5 star. |
