The comfort of the room and the bar facilities The TV programmes were very very limited, they had only limited channels and did not cover any sports or movie channels. And out of the few channels that were available these were mainly news channel --- very very disappointing. Also the size of the TV is too small for the room. The breakfast facilities open only at 7am and they should do something to get it atleast by 630am. |

The room and en suite facilities were comfortable, clean and very well presented. We were amazed that the hotel did not have any olives! We ordered them on two occasions to have with our drinks but were told there were none. We asked for wholegrain mustard to have with our breakfast but the waitress did not now what this was and none was available. Food generally was not up to the standard we had expected |

The option for breakfast until midday. It was our first night ever away from our 14 month old son, an anniversary celebration, and being able to rise at our leisure for the first time in 14 months was great. Room 215 I think we stayed in. As we paid for a deluxe double I would have expected some sort of a view. I would have expected this outlook to be reserved for non-deluxe rooms. |

Good central location, very good hotel, helpful staff. Yes - problem with a dreadful smell, either from the air con or drains but very prelevant and caused wife to feel sick through the night. Room 122 |

Fantastic location, hospitable staff and decent breakfast. Surprisingly my room was quite spacious contrary to the reviews I had come across. The closet light was not working and the doors too were squeaky. The shower could have been more forceful since it was a mere trickle. |

The location - close to Covent Garden and the theatres 1) Residents were not allowed access to the restaurant and bar on the day we arrived as it had been taken over for a film premiere at the odeon Leicester Square. We (eventially) ended up in a corner of a pub somewhere. Not satisfactory 2) Turn down was at circa 17.00 so we were being turned down before we had opportunity to use the facilities!! 3) failure to clean shoes left out as instructed. |

Friendly staff and the location No biscuits with tea and coffee which I think is really stingy when you consider the rates. Room very small, dirty, behind the bed could not have been cleaned for weeks |

All the staff were very courteous and at the level I would expect from a hotel of this grading.Very clean hotel. Nice bar, great location for Leicester Square & surrounds. We tubed in & found the walk from the tube really easy even with luggage. Yates across the road do a cheaper breakfast til 12 if funds are short The room was very small & didn't reflect what I had booked, although adequate and clean, this was a litttle disappointing |

I read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel before we stayed but the hotel was really lovely and the staff were brilliant. We did get the refurbished rooms 222 and 223 so I would recommend getting these if you can. In the deluxe bathroom it was quite small and you did have to step into the bath to have a shower. I would recommend staying in the refurbished rooms 222 and 223 where there is a spacious walk in bathroom. |

It was over looking Leicester Square, which is what I wanted. breakfast. Was given off milk the 1st morning, then not brought any fresh milk back until I kept asking and on the 2nd mornings breakfast I put pepper all over my breakfast as the pepper was in the salt, again couldnt find anyone to help and when I did they didnt even offer to change my breakfast. |

Woken up at 7am by the sound of bottles being smashed outside my room window by the dustbin men. Woken up at 8.10am by Room Service despite a do no disturb sign. Complained to reception immediately. Woken up again by another Room Service woman at 8.20. Complained at reception and initially weren't going to compensate me, but eventually got 40 pounds off the price of the room. |

The lovely soft towels in the bathroom! The hotel appeared drab and lacked colour and fresh flowers. There appeared to be a shortage of staff as our room was not serviced after our return after 6 hours. There seemed to be a language difficulty as on 2 occasions we were given the wrong drinks/food |
