Recption staff and waiting staff were very helpfull and freindly and always looked to help with any thing that was asked. Tea and coffee in rooms run out too quickly espically if stay is over 2 days, was not refreshed enough. |

The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfy. Staff were very rude apart from one cleaning lady and one receptionist. Air conditioning in the room was very nice. The rooms could really do with an open window. |

i liked the hotel and location. I think the hotel has let standards slightly slip, it has the image and reputation of an upper class hotel but yet looks a bit grubby... our bed sheets in our room had holes in it and looked quite dated and discouloured in particular the valance sheets etc. overall a nice hotel but didnt entirely live up to the luxurious standard i expected but is a nice hotel. I got this hotel at a special rate had i paid the full rate i would have been disapointed in the rooms for a higher cost |

Convienient location, with reasonable spa facilities for 'chilling out' after a hot busy day. Staff were helpful and friendly. Extortionate car parking fees and mini bar prices. Also, why on earth can't you supply two pillows per bed as standard?! |

My Girlfriend loved the heated Bathroom Floors! Jacuzzi was a bit cold, other than that no complaints. |

We enjoyed being in the centre of the City, the valet parking was a bonus for us, the restaurant food was excellent but expensive the air conditioning unit was noisy and we could not turn it off |

Closeness to town centre. Comfort of the bed, spaceousness of the room. pleasant reception staff. Room could have been cleaner, had to ask for clean towels and shampoo. Hairnet for shower was only in the room when we arrived. never replaced. bed was never made very well. |

He hotel was clean and very comfortable and the staff were some of the politest I have come across. The parking charge of £20.00 was a bit excessive because of the ncp being so close and so much cheaper. Perhaps a lower charge would encourage more people to use the car park rather than go to the ncp. |

The location It was extremely dirty overall. Terrible housekeeping, restaurant very poor service, food not edible. bar very dirty. Customer service non existent. Spa facilities closed for bank holiday weekend. Mentioned complaints to service manager, was ignored. would never recommend this hotel. Stayed here as radissons are usually of a very high standard. This hotel is extremely badly managed! |

Overall the hotel as excellent. I booked 2 rooms both of which were of the highest standard in all regards. Breakfast was good value and the staff were both helpful and friendly Beware of the bar prices. I'm afraid £10 for a glass of Chardonnay is, quite frankly, ridiculous. |
