We liked the rooms and the little extras that went with them etc. Iron trouser press, kettle and toiletries.Ice on demand and shoe cleaner in your hall way. The prices of the mini bar.

Service was excellent. The noise of the room. I thought perhaps it was air conditioning so had to turn that off, but there was a constant background noise of water/humming. I called reception late evening who did say it was the air conditioning and in 15 mins or so the noise would go away.I Was in room 924 so perhaps this has a particular noise problem!

Very convenient for rail station and shopping also very close to the echo arena. Competent and friendly staff. Room service was excellent unfortunately didn't have time to sample the restaurant, but looked good. Overall very comfortable stay , would book again.

I was very impressed with the design of the buildings interior and the views from the bedroom was superb. The restaurant breakfast was nicely presented and of good quality. The bedroom design was really nice. Whilst being impressed with the interior design I think anyone with a fear of heights would find the view from the balcony leading to the bedroom quite a traumatic experience - it is a long way down and until you get used to it, can be a bit disconcerting. The second issue which we did not like was the mini-bar in the bedroom which automatically logs items moved from the shelves and charges this to your bill as we discovered when my wife moved some things over to put some milk in the fridge.Anyone with an inquisitive nature could easily rack up a huge bill just by examining the contents as most people would do naturally- definitely a room not for children!

staff are friendly, enjoyed the river view from our room, breakfast is good, had a problem with our room on the 9th floor. arrived back from a day out at about 9pm only to discover that due to maintenance reasons we had to relocate to another room. we were asked to move from 911 to 810 and a friendly cleaner helped with the luggage, only to discover that room 810 had not been prepared for guests, so we had to move again to room 710. this room was ok and the ventilation worked properly which it did not in 911, the lights went out one evening for about 3 minutes in room 911 and I understand there was a danger the room could be flooded due to a problem with the ventilation system.

I can add nothing of what I liked best about the stay at the Radisson in Liverpool. I found the staff to be of limited helpfulness. On arrival I was not made aware of the additional facilities which were available on site, I would have used the gym if I had been made aware. The room was not cleaned on the saturday while we were out - we left about 10 am and returned about 4.15 to find the room still not serviced. We spoke to the staff who seemed to be ambivilent to this fact. The food for breakfast was poor, toasting bread was haophazard, food was poor in quality (potatoes were undercooked, food barely warm, limited choice) - need I go on. Bar staff were forgetful - ordered a drink and was advised it would be brought to our table - went back after 15 mins and he said "sorry mate, I forgot" At a time when the bar was not busy. The stay was for a anniversary weekend with my wife, She is ok with the service - myself it I thiought it poor and shabby - nothing I expected was outside of the normal got elsewhere.

It was newxt to the passport office, whice was highly convenient. The room was not as clean as I have previously experienced with Radisson hotels. Furthermore the king size bed was not in fact a kingsize bed, rather two singles pushed together. This resulted in an uncomfortable night's sleep due to the gap and lump created by this. I would have been more satisfied with a standard double than this solution.

Room was fab, bathroom was very modern and clean. The rudeness of the staff. I'm from Liverpool by myself and I was ashamed by their attitude towards us when we asked for the simplest of things. Can you please bring a spare key card to the room as my girlfriend is in the gym reply - No you will have to wait. They also have a ridiculous card system in place which means you cannot get anywhere without the room key, very dangerous. This was not explained to us at check in and I got stuck in a lift and had to prise the door open with my bare hands. Not enough staff and poorly trained. I know they were busy at times but put more staff on for wkds. Will be writing a formal letter of complaint. Oh and no parking therefore a 5 min walk to the nearest car park where you get charged £15 for one night!!

Usual high standard hotel Some of the reception staff have poor customer service skills, bar staff rarely behind the bar, security staff busy collecting full glasses ,so "it's an early night" Valet parking means difficult access to your car ,so that you have to take all your belonging to the room etc

Clean, neat unique design of the hotel, central location in the city.Free fast WiFi. Safe nearby ncp parking around the corner cost me £15.50 to park for 24 hrs. (It is an open car park and is a 24hrs one) Beds, very soft and you could feel the springs in the mattress. For a hotel that competes with the like of Hiltons and Marriotts this Hotel really needs to make an investment in new mattress. I'm normally not a fussy person so I requested another Duvet from the front desk so that I could place my old duvet on the bed and sleep on it covering with the new one. When I mentioned this to the reception staff it was shrugged off, no apology made. The impression I got that this is something the hotel hears a lot.

Staff where good. Price was right. Helpful friendly, luxurious usually we stay at Radisson in Malta so expectations were high, and not disappointed. The only thing was the toilet in the room seemed to be leaking behind the panel, at least one could hear water running all the time. We did report it three times and the staff said they would fix it but it never did get fixed over the four days / three night we were there. In fairness they did offer to change our room, however we were settled and if you closed the door you couldn't hear the water running. They also gave us a discount so we are happy, however for future guest it need fixing. All in all good stay and would recommend and stay again.

Excellent location, facilities and value. The pool and spa are brilliant. Room a bit warm and stuffy with no window to open (we are fresh air types). Car parking a but pricey at £34 for two days, but more than balanced by the room rate.

Price offered was competitive. Room was comfortable and clean with a good view. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, but the fry could have been more warm. The location was a little bit out of the way from the shopping/central area, but was convenient to the riverside.

Very little. It was clean and functional and suited the purpose of a one night stay to go to a Premiership football match at Anfield. The staff were very unhelpful - both at the bar and at reception. We arrived back very late from the football match but knew that food was served at the bar up to 11pm. I got in the queue at 10.50pm and reached the bar at 10.57pm and was told that they wouln't take any more food orders. Not good considering we hadn't had time to eat before the game and my son is only sixteen. The room service menu was very limited after 11pm as you could only order items marked 24hr and they tended towards the more pricey things on the menu. Overall, this hotel is not good value for money and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
