The service from the staff was excellent ,when we did have a problem it was dealt with very quickly Noise from the open reception area to all rooms was a issue , looks good but does not provide any protection from the late night returners |

I loved the hotel. Very unique in style. Rooms were beautiful and I would defo recommend it to anyone travelling to Liverpool. We ate one night in the Hotel and it was excellent and so was the service Breakfast was not included in the price. But value for breakfast locally is great. Hotel prices for breakfast abit expensive. |

We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were most accomodating. An early issue was sorted with a smile. |

I liked the room size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was well stocked. The food in the restaurant was very good and the location is perfect. |

Everything was hassle-free and of a high standard. There was no noise from outside traffic or anything else and so an undisturbed sleep was guaranteed. |

The staff where lovely, really helpful. Rooms were lovely n generally everything was up to scratch. I would definitely go again. X Only thing was the air conditioning didn't work properly in my friends room n she was presgnant so she didnt get much sleep unfortunatly, n with there being no windows opening one wasnt an option but honestly other than that it was excellent |

The handiness to the City Centre, Staff where very nice and accomodating. Couldnt open a window in the room. Empty pringles boxes left in the "mini bar" from the previous person who stayed in the room. Empty Glasses were not taken out of the room when it was cleaned. You expect a certain level of service at a 4* hotel. £16 for breakfast is a disgrace! |

Comfortable bed! We were in Room 412 and whilst there was nothing wrong with the fixtures and fittings (apart from being a little tired) there was an unpleasant damp smell on entering the room - especially in the bathroom. We believe this may be attributable to the room being at the same end of the hotel as the spa/swimming pool. It would not deter us from visiting again. Just a point on the questionnaire - what do you class as a mature couple? or as a young couple? We visited as a couple. |

Room was a good size with modern furniture and good view over the Mersey. The breakfast is really nice and the restaurant has a nice view. The hotel bar is also nice. The matresses are very soft - the rooms have been re-decorated very well but they obviously cut a few corners and left the old mattresses - they need upgrading urgently. This is supposed to be a Spa hotel but the Spa is run as a completely seperate unit, to the point that reception staff will not help you amend appointments but simply tell you to phone the spa yourself. Also the pool area is disappointingly cold and has no loungers next to the pool. The pool itself is nice and warm but you don't really want to get in as the surrounding air is so cold. The hotel reception staff were mostly unhelpful and slightly dopey - they tried to charge us for 3 sets of breakfasts for a day we hadn't even stayed there. |

The staff were all very helpful and friendly Our room smelt of cigarette smoke. We had moved from one room because it was a smoking room and couldnt be bothered to move again. Also the showers in the spa could have been cleaner. |

from the minute you arrived you were looked after. The room was clean and tidy at all times during our stay.Staff were friendly at all times and the bar was a nice comfortable area for relaxing with a cup of coffee or for a drink at night time.I would stay again and tell friends and family about it. that it didnt have any window you could open in the bedroom as it was quite warm in the room. |
