Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a room available at 12 when we arrived so they checked us in early. The room was very clean and modern with lots of home comforts such as an ironing board and iron, toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, complementary slippers etc. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely stay again.

The shower The queens sized best was actually just 2 single mattresses pushed together; during the night they separated creating a big gap between them which was uncomfortable. The mini bar hadn't been checked prior to our stay and there was opened, half eaten peanuts and missing wine (hope we don't get charged for it!!). In general the decor was out dated and frumpy.

The car valet was extremely good and the staff that were involved in picking up the car and dropping it off for us, were wonderful. Especially Chloe who was informative and gave us some great advice - which we took re:car parking....

Had stayed at Radisson Blue Cardiff, which was very good, so thought I knew what to expect. Location good, good sized and comfortable room, plenty of hanging space in wardrobe and hangers. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Dust on wardrobe floor, one dirty cup and one cracked one in room, insufficient milk & teabags. Breakfast room very busy due to conferences; on second morning chaotic: no cereal/fruit bowls, no brown bread for toasting, cooked food tepid, difficult to get tea/coffee service, not enough staff. Asked to see duty manager.

The breakfast at the Radisson was super and the restaurant staff so helpful and professional. It was clean, welcoming and efficient. The reception staff were also very smart and professional but welcoming and awfully helpful. All staff were pleasant and smiling! The restaurant staff worked very hard but efficiently and didnt need asking twice for anything. I felt that the hotel was over priced at £99 per night as it was a basic room which had the same facilities as the premier inn on the albert dock.. We werent going to use the spa or gym/pool so felt e paid un necessarily. However, the staff made up for it with their cheery smiles and lovely accents.

It was clean, and location was good. My teenage boys enjoyed their stay at the Radisson Blu. Staff were polite. Experienced difficulties with connecting to wifi due to location of room (room 623) but were put into a different room upon request. Staff were helpful.

Have stayed here before so it was an informed choice and knew what to expect. I like the hotel for the convenient location (under 10 mins to shops, galleries, museums etc but far enough out to avoid the noise and crowds of the busy city centre), modern rooms, friendly helpful staff, efficient service & good facilities. I know it's trifling but the lack of lifts for a hotel of it's size is frustrating. Only two lifts covering nine floors means a long wait in busy periods.

Very clean and delicate room and that was an important issue for me. I have experienced other English hotels where I would hesitate putting my bare feet on the carpet. Very quiet and relaxing.

Location and cleanliness I did not like the ventilation system in the room and there were no instructions to explain it. I also was not impressed that you couldn't open a window. The noise from reception can also be heard throughout the hotel. ANd the foos was very expensive for the portion sizes.
