steam room not functioning
It lived up to its photographs,, most enjoyable weekend
Glad to say absolutely not a thing.
The views were beautiful, the bedroom a lovely size with a comfortable bed.
Wi-fi was awful and wouldn't connect well. Menu in restaurant good benefit from a little more choice, chicken always a winner.
Size of room , comfort and general facilities.
sometimes nobody on reception !!!!!!
Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Great food.
Nothing... apart from the grim weather
Excellent customer service
Food was a bit pricey
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and stylish.
The wi-fi connection was quite poor and all spa treatments were booked up when we arrived (I wasn't aware that availability would be so limited).
Food in restaurant was good but service was very poor and spoilt the whole experience. There didn't seem to be any shortage of staff but some good organisation was desperately needed.
Spa was great, room really large, Great view
Spa area Location and views over Conway Room and bed Aromatherapy Associates Toileties
Expensive Hendricks and the restaurant is pretty pricey. however the food was very good !
Big comfy bed great surroundings
Meals in the grill wasnt the best however the room service breakfast was nice
The room was lovely and slept very well. Reception staff were some of the friendliest I've met.
The very poor service and food experiences in the restaurant and bar. I had a steak that was in edible as it was 80% gristle. I was not charged but was not offered an alternative meal. Poor. Day 2 was a disaster as I waited 40 minutes to have my order taken in the bar and another 20 minutes for my drink to arrive. The food was ok when it arrived 20 minutes later but a tiny portion. As we say in Ireland it was all 'fur coat and no knickers' Needs management issues addressed and staff attitudes looked at. Great breakfast but again staff were more often so busy chatting they forgot about the guests!
Staff attentive without being overbearing. Really comfortable bedroom.
Restaurant evening menu a little bit limited. Preferred previous location of restaurant.
In general we liked everything. Good location with excellent staff. Service and food quality at breakfast was also very good.
I had one query over TV which wasn't attended to otherwise excellent.
Luxurious and relaxing
The hotel booked us in the wrong room and have been charged for drinks in error which has not been noticed until our return.
The hotel was very good, the staff excellent, rooms good and the pool and spa were very enjoyable...
The only thing that was disappointing was the local village of Deganwy...only 3 small restaurants all of which were closed in January...everything was pretty shut up....
Everything we really enjoyed the whole experience .
I liked the clean comfortable rooms , the friendly and helpfull staff and the relaxing spa.
The food was very pricey and not very tasty , we had the steak. I paid a lot for a nights stay and got ripped of with the price of the food in the restuarant.
The views and comfortable room.
The venue is fabulous great view over the quay fabulous breakfast and a varied food menu
Staff on check-in and for dinner very friendly and efficient
Had dinner and was disappointed, starter should have been delicious but was bland, medium rare steak served on a plate hot enough to incinerate it, had to ask for another. Staff in dining room for breakfast need some training in being friendly and efficient, or re-think their job options, they were grim!
excellent hotel with great facilties, nice rooms & very comfortable. Front of house very helpful & informative, restaurant staff were poor, slow service, stood around in groups chatting whilst customers needed attention, at one point the chef had to leave the kitchen to find them to serve the food.
Staff very attentive, great facilities, food spot on will deffo return. Great stay and the massage by Melissa was fab A*
The room ,the spa ,food the greeting from the receptionist , will be definitely be returning
