Through the black cast iron gate, to a monochrome garden path which leads up to the entrance of this Victorian home. This home enters on to a lobby, which leads to the living area. LIVING ROOM The living room is light due to the large bay window, adorned with white shutters. There is a vintage black stove within the chimney breast and an antique style mirror above. Either side of the harth, there are bookcases. The seating area comprises a large corner sofa in grey and an accompanying armchair. This is a relaxing and tranquil space. On the right of the room, there is a further seating area, with a quilted sofa in baby blue. There is a traveller’s trunk which has been converted into a coffee table in front and a television opposite the sofa. Cool artwork of illustrations and photographs are hung on the wall. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM At the back of the house, is the spacious kitchen and dining room. This comprises wooden worktops and cream cupboards, with a large dining table in the centre of the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a retro style Smeg fridge, in baby blue. The dishwasher and the washing machine can also be found here. The dining area is a great place to enjoy dinner with family and friends, with French doors beside that lead out to the garden. GARDEN A lovely garden with a paved area, surrounded by plants. There is a dining table and chairs, perfect for having dinner alfresco. Topiary trees draw your attention to the end of the garden. Upstairs, to the first floor, for the bedrooms. BATHROOM A sophisticated, contemporary bathroom, with a circular basin, WC and bath with overhead rain shower. FIRST BEDROOM This bedroom has a vintage aesthetic, with a double bed in the centre, as well as a chest of drawers on the right-hand side and a wardrobe on the left. The room is decorated in lovely framed artwork as well. SECOND BEDROOM A relaxing bedroom, with a King-size bed with a quilted, teal headboard. This room also includes a silver framed mirror, three chest-of-drawers, a large wardrobe and an armchair in the corner. Delicate hanging lamps lie either side of the bed. MASTER BEDROOM On the top floor of this home, is the master bedroom suite. This stylish room has a King-size bed in the centre and a geometric patterned rug in greys, white and pink. There is also a velvet armchair, with footstall, all in pink, and cool photographic artwork on the wall. This room enjoys great views of the surrounding area from its tall windows. In the corner, there is a multicoloured armchair, side table and a mini-bar in a secret cupboard! This room also has a walk-in dressing room with large wardrobes and a dressing table, with a mirror surrounded in lights! This connects through to the en suite bathroom. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom is beautiful, with chic grey tiles and a large, walk-in shower. There is a large, rectangular basin and a WC and the space is decorated with a lovely house plant.

Wandsworth has undergone a period of huge development in the past few years, with attractive and spacious architecture being built on its riverside. The influx of young professionals has brought to the area a boom in bars and restaurants – although at least one restaurant, Chez Bruce, has been serving Michelin starred food since opening in 1995.
