The excellent shower, fabulous breakfast, welcoming owner, and location.

Room fronting on to drive, no light excluding curtains, noise from other guests just outside the bedroom and bathroom door. More accessible toilet roll holder. Mono tap rather stiff to manoeuvre. Signage inadequate.

The décor and comfort in the larger double room were excellent, very good value for money at the price. Nice little touches within the room and en suite made it a very enjoyable night and the breakfast in the morning was very tasty.

Everything was wonderful. Aliya and her family made us feel extremely welcome, as did Milton their dog and Honey their cat! The room and bathroom were better than most hotels and breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend a stay here.

There wasn't anything to dislike about our stay.

Everything about Woodland Views...Friendly welcome, very comfy quiet rooms and a beautiful breakfast. What more could we ask for??

Nothing to complain about...all great! Only one suggestion...a larger more conspicuous signpost to the B and B. we did have trouble finding the place

I was very impressed with Woodlands View. Large comfortable bedroom area, plenty of room, spacious modern bathroom, lovely terrace area overlooking the garden. I wish I was staying longer. The couple who run it have created a very friendly and relaxed environment and were incredibly helpful. One of the best places I have stayed in.

Ali is an amazing host who has a lovely warmth and welcomes you into her home The room was immaculate with more facilities than some large hotels offer, nice touches with chocolates, biscuits, more coffee and tea than you can shake a stick at (I tried and the tea just looked at me as though I was mad) Wifi was better than I've experienced in all my time The breakfast was amazing in choice, quality and taste although I gave the full English a miss, trying to be good damnit!, the fruit, cereal, toast and quality coffee gave a great start to the day The bathroom was amazing with great fixtures and a quality shower, along with this there was everything I could possibly need if I had forgotten it!!

I only had a one night stay!!

We were really made to feel welcome and at home. The surroundings were beautiful with wonderful local walks and all within striking distance of the stunning coastline. The bed was comfy, the shower facilities were very good and the breakfast was delicious. What more can you ask for?

We had problems with the TV not working when the owners were out, so there was no one to help us, but it did not spoil our otherwise wonderful stay.

don't know where to start with this review as I want to fully get across just how lovely and amazing this place is. I went with high expectations as I had read reviews before I went, and these were well and truly exceeded from the moment I stepped in the door. We were greeted on arrival by Maureen, who couldn't have been more welcoming. We met John who showed us to our room and was just as welcoming and warm. We were made a cup of tea straight away and both were fantastic on local advice - places to eat etc. We settled in our beautiful room, which is large, comfortable, modern and exceptionally clean. There was a beautiful ensuite bathroom including a bath and shower. Lovely extra touches to the room included candles, a torch, chocolates, sweets and shells. The bed was in so comfortable and cosy too, we didn't want to get up in the morning. We had wonderful weather so were able to fully utilise our terrace, which is private and overlooking the garden (which is beautiful). The area is a great little suntrap and gets the sun all day with little to no wind. We then met Aliya, who is one of the most warm, lovely and kind people you will ever meet. She came over straight away to see us and check everything was ok. Nothing is too much trouble at all and all the family are lovely people. We were welcomed into their home straight away and immediately felt comfortable. Aliya told us about a lovely route to take for our morning run and this took us up a bridleway to a beautiful little ancient chapel in the woods which had spectacular views over Milton Abbey - especially at dawn. You can do a great walk/run down this route - about 2.5 miles which goes past the chapel, the abbey and then back up the high street with all the picturesque cottages. We visited the local farm-shop too and got some amazing local food which Aliya put straight in her fridge for us to keep fresh.

The fact we only had 2 nights
