External Living | Pool, Jacuzzi & BBQ This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 swimming pool (1.50m depth) that can be heated (only September-November) with an additional fee, embellished with hydromassage features and lounge area with signature sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms Contemporary interiors, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. A bespoke fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders featuring also an indoor dinning spot.The villa features three wonderful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds. Pool Heating Policy: - The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. Can only be heated from April-May & September-November. - 4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 26 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 50euros per day. -Pool can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required. - In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool.
