Location Roof garden bar Staff
Free WiFi is terrible Very noisy rooms Old fashioned, dark rooms Dark corridors Not so comfortable reception/bar area
very good entrance !!!
the shower in the bath is very very dangerous for an old man like me !!! if i loose my balance injury will surely happen ! so please put showers in your bathrooms !!!
Pretty good breakfst Helpful staff.
Bad odors in spreading to sleeping room. Tedious elevators. Venial gouging. Noisylobby filled with budget travelers traveling in mobs Overall, no charm
So much noise at my floor from the maids.
-room stinks - dirty bathroom - dirty sheets - ceiling of bathroom is peeling off - cold wooden floor - no slipper provided - wifi in the lobby is only accessible once, every 24 hrs
Every thing OK
The room could be a bit bigger, and with a view - somewhat dark but OK
The service at the front desk is very polite and very efficient. The breakfest was exelent !The hotel provided us an early breakfest even thau we left very erly.
Staff at reception very friendly.
Accommodation on 9th floor room 930.
very good place close to the center and near by the metro
you have to pay for wifi un beliveable for a 4 star hotel
Outside my room there was noise and no view at all.
A walking distance to all the interesting places. The hotel is in the list of pick up tour package. Quiet place.
Pros: great breakfast, staff facilitated early check-in; quiet location but within walking distance of many attractions as well as the subway.
Cons: paid for two rooms but shared a bathroom (other comparably priced hotels offered two separate bathrooms); had to pay for wi-fi and only permitted access for two devices; the shower drain was a bit stopped up; location is in a grittier part of the city.
I've stayed at the hotel for one night before travelling to Poros. Therefore I chose the hotel for it's location (near the port) as I've did earlier. On the other hand, the breakfast is great.
Location and food
Lack of wifi and iron Shower poor curtain very grubby Lack double bed two singles together for couple not great. Asked specifically for double
Very friendly and helpful reception Rich breakfast Clean rooms Centrally located
Location, staff, breakfast, the roof garden, all are very nice.
It needs some good renovation. Most of the furniture, linen and bathroom are too old and not well maintained.
Breakfast rush. I do prefer smaller places.
Not able to judge. However we do have friends in Athens and will suggest they recommend other hotels in Athens. It was a disgrace how we were treated.
Telephoned the hotel three times on afternoon of arrival. Cut off twice. Finally spoke to reception after 6.30.p.m. And explained we would be arriving after 10p.m.Reception told me that was fine and we would be welcome. On arrival after 11p.m. I asked where to park as we had booked parking. Reception told me that we had to drive to another hotel . The room available was unsuitable.I explained I had rung three times to confirm we were coming.Nobody offered an explanation. We refused to drive and the hotel booked a taxi to take us to the Crowne Plaza where we arrived exhausted at 12.20.a.m. Do guests who confirm the booking on the day arrive to discover no accommodation? Why did nobody alert us to the situation when I telephoned or phone me back.? We did ask to speak to the duty manager who seemed unconcerned.
Old & small rooms
proximity to metro stations
2 star rooms despite 4 start lobby
As i was a solo traveller, I got a triple room for the price of a single. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful and great location and view from the Olive Garden
The description is inaccurate. The rooms are not sound proofed and i got woken up once by the people in the room next door shouting at 2am and once by the cleaners shouting in the coridor at 8:30am
Great location for easy metro service for port. Only stayed 10 hours. Offer limited breakfast from 4am for early departures.
Not the best location for restaurants and its menu did not appeal to us.
