This wonderful house is located within walking distance in the area above Skopelos town, and has 104 sqm of living space. It is situated on a beautiful natural plot on the mountain above Skopelos town with a wonderful view of Skopelos town and port. From the balcony and the jacuzzi you have a great view of the incoming ferries, the harbor and the city. It offers complete privacy and total tranquility. The entrance to the house is on the side of the property with an asphalt road and an electric gate. There is a fireplace, central heating and individually controlled air conditioning in each room. The main house with the large living room and the fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, have access to the large veranda and access to the jacuzzi (6 people, also with sea views). At the back of the house are the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. One bathroom has a large bathtub and the other a shower, steam room and sauna. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and plenty of cupboards for storage. The house is very lovingly furnished with many small details, such as pictures and hand-made lamps, e.g. by artists from Skopelos. There are a lot of fruit trees on the property, which you are welcome to help yourself to, for example, for a delicious breakfast on the terrace. Likewise, the self-produced olive oil from our own olive trees is in virgin quality, absolutely ORGANIC, always provided for you in the house, as well as a lot of spices, should you not want to visit the very nice taverns and restaurants, which are all nearby. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, kettle, Tefal Optigrill, etc.).

At the back of the house is the rustic barbecue grill house, equipped with a large dining table, refrigerator, sink and fireplace, as well as a pizza oven. Here you can sit by the open fire in the evening and end the evening with a glass of wine. The most beautiful beaches can be reached in just a few minutes by car, as can the many taverns with mostly Greek live music. An absolutely brilliant place to relax without sacrificing the opportunity to socialize in the beautiful town of Skopelos, its nature, wonderful beaches and hospitable people.
