Within a few minutes walk from the apartement there are cafes, supermarket, grocery shops, bakery, restaurants, banks, cash machines, the bus station and ferries. The town's pedestrian bridge takes you to the historic centre of Zadar and to the famous attractions: Sea Organ, Greeting to the Sun etc. This neighbourhood is more quiet than the Old Town where cafes are open until late in the night. Some buildings look old from the outside, but they are mostly renovated inside. It is easy to get a taxi from my place. A bus station is also nearby. The nearest beach and the beach bar Marex with a great view at the old town is 700 meters away.
