On central location, easy to reach by car (maybe the street needs some better marking though). Through stairs it's 10-15 mins to old town (a bit of exercise upstairs). Easy communication with the host, private parking and big room. Maybe the most comfortable beds during our trip.

Very good hosts. Our apartment was very clean and spacious. The furnishing is new. Very comfy beds. 15 minutes walk to the center of the old city, stairs are tiring though:). We can still say it is centrally located. Free parking.

Location of the apartment to old dubrovnik and its amazing sea views from the apartment. It was Chic and very user friendly, beds were very comfortable and it has a power shower which is always a plus. Has all mod cons too and fully fitted for self catering

Host is really nice and passionate about what he does. Room was great, we loved our stay here! Do listen to the host's advice on taking an uber. There are roughly 300 stairs up and down and if you don't have a good endurance it can be hard. our personal experience was that the walk down was easy, and for going back up we took an uber (which is pretty cheap, so don't worry about the uber getting too expensive) the walk to the old town is also pretty, since you are already walking through old bits of town.

A mere 10 minute, downhill, walk to Dubrovnik old town. The free parking at the property was invaluable. The property was basic but comfortable. Ivan and his family were friendly and extremely helpful.
