The old stone house in a row is completely renovated. The house has a big living room, kitchen with a dining room. There are also two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a terrace. The surface of the terrace is 50 m2 and it extends all over the house. The kitchen is furnished with all needed devices and it has cooking plate, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cutlery. Bathroom has detached shower and washing machine. Air conditioning, free internet, tv are available to the guests . In the bedrooms there are one double bed and one single bed in one room and one double bed in the other. In the living room there is sofa. Sofa can pull out and it can be a extra bed for two more people. The lowest high of a ceiling is in the bathroom and it is 2.10m. The terrace comes with wooden stairs. All coast is full of all kinds of beaches but the best appropriate for the children is 150m far from house. It is a 2-3 minutes by walk. Paid parking is in the price of the apartment. You can find nearest parking place in a circle of 50-100m.
The town of Kaštela is located on the coast of the Bay of Kaštela. It has over 40 000 inhabitants, and it is the second largest town in the Split and Dalmatia County. It stretches over the length of 17 kilometers. Our town is specific because of the fact that it developed around 7 settlements or around castles. Each village has its own particularity merged into character of this part of Mediterranean.
