The Villa was in perfect condition,the owners was very welcoming and helpful,they asisst us for everything we needed,the location was perfect,the beach is 100 meter near,we had our parking spots,our room had a big balcony with fantastic view,i recomend this place to all my albanians and everybody that wants to stay in Mlini or Dubrovnik that is 10 minutes away with car.thanks a lot for all

Perfect location on the waterfront beaches to the left and right - cafes/restaurants within a 2 minute walk - inside fantastic sea view terrace with your own seating area where you can have breakfast or relax after day at beach - our hosts were lovely very friendly and hospitable We spent 5 days in old town Dubrovnik and moved to Mlini for beaches and somewhere more relaxed but still accessible to other areas for which Villa New York was perfect - the water taxi stops right outside you can travel into Dubrovnik within 15 minutes whilst having a good choice of beaches on your doorstep which are nowhere near as crowded (or expensive) as those near old town we had a great time would thoroughly recommend

Great welcome, a real family feel and a pleasure to stay here. The small number of rooms and low key style kept everything friendly and welcoming too. We had a really long balcony with views at the end over the harbour, perfect for watching the harbour activities. Mlini is small and peaceful and the b n b is well located for all it has to offer and for boat trips/boat taxi.

The staff is amiable and helpful, you really feel at home. The view from the balcony is straight to the Mlini harbour and overlooking a beautiful bay and clear water. Breakfast was served on the terrace and had this same wonderful view.

Very nice welcome, we immediatly felt like at home. Nice apartement and terrace with beautiful view overt the small port of Mlini and his clear water (for Breakfast and aperitiv, playing Backgammon ...). Boats to/from Cavtat and Dubrovnik just in front of the House. The best beach is the closer one (Astarea Beach, 3' by feet, with umbrellas and sunbeds). The best restaurant is the closer one (Konoba Lanterna, 20 meters from the room). Which means that a car isn't needed for a week stay in Villa New York.

This place is just lovely. The location is stunning with fantastic see views. The apartments are very cozy with huge terraces and wine pergolas to sit in the shade. The owners are very kind with great hospitality. We definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the appartment was very clean and cozy. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and great kitchen! And the hosts are really welkoming and warm people! Hope we will be back!!
