Besides our daily operation, we also created Hungary's first short-term apartment rental knowledge base, which we operate jointly with the largest Hungarian advocacy organisation in the industry, the Hungarian Association of Apartment Hosts. Your personal host is Heni, who grew up in the Hungarian town of Hatvan, but spent most of her childhood at Lake Balaton with her grandparents, from whom she learned not only the love of hospitality, but many useful things in the field, especially making pancakes :) She is happily married and mother to a lovely little girl. She is a cheerful and open person, which is why she imagines her future in hospitality. When you book, we will send you a link to a very detailed guide which contains essential information about your stay, the apartment, and is complete with recommendations on things to do and places to go. If you need anything during your stay, you can reach us between 9 am and 10 pm every day in the chat here as a preferred channel of communication. If anything comes up that needs to be dealt with in person, a team of professionals are available to handle them.
