We truly respect and treasure the sanctity and tranquility of our environment and take great pleasure in sharing this special place with our guests. We offer a private villa experience, so villa staff will be there on-site for check-in and to serve breakfast and clean the rooms daily and will leave the villa promptly so our guests can enjoy their privacy. We have fiber optic wifi and IndiHome TV available. Our Villa Management handphone number will be provided and is available for guests to call between 7 am and 10 pm or in the case of an emergency, 24 hours per day. We are proud to offer our villa to our guests and trust that the quality of furnishings and fittings and service from our friendly staff will ensure a comfortable stay for all.

Kutus Kutus Mas Ubud Villas was created with the vision to provide a ‘sanctuary’ to nurture and pamper individuals, small groups and families. The room rate includes a cafe-quality breakfast cooked by our staff on-site and also includes daily housekeeping and 2 times Ubud shuttle service daily (Drop only).

We are also located close to a water purification temple (Pura Beji) in Kumbuh village, so the spirit of the area is very light and bright, and feel that this compliments our intention to provide a place to nurture and nourish the body, soul, and spirit of our villa guests. Our villa site has a jungle backdrop that can be seen from the villa and is laid out alongside the river, so the soothing sound of running water is ever-present. The surrounding village is developing with an International School offering wholistic education, including ecological studies, organic farming, and gardening to students from around the world. We are fortunate not to have any roosters or chickens living close by, so the sounds guests will enjoy will be that of birds, insects and the river running in the background.
