Beautiful rooms - Giant bed, Massive TV, Great View of the river Perfect Location - center of the city, near the train & bus station
Location reception staff. Breakfast.
Facia on windowsill in bad repair Room 1011. floor tiles in bathroom cracked. Huge charge for phone calls within Ireland. Main restaurant closed. European menu in lounge second rate compared to asian menu. No free car parking.
Free wi-if. Great view, good location
No car park and wasn't told we had to pay for the multi story till we checked out. Shower curtain rail fell down as I was getting out of shower. Which is very dangerous. Started loading the ships at 7.30 on a Sunday morning waking us up.
We paid for two up grades and worth every cent to get the height and executive room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Cheapest wine available was €23 and it was mediocre at best. I would expect to be able to pay about €15 for something better.
Food was great
Resteraunt manager was very rude attacked my husband in front of other customers accused him of not paying for dinner when in fact it was her collegues fault she did not apoligise either
Breakfast and seating in lounge of bar of hotel
Location and views
Cleanliness of room
Great location/views. Very good pool/spar facilities. Excellent and friendly staff. Convenient parking.
Room ,secure parking, Food
Fan in ensuite very noisy and could not be switched off seperatly
Poor customer service in dealing with a mix up with online booking, poor service when dealing with reception staff re: payment of rooms, despite being paid in full for two nights we were locked out of room on day two inconvenience not really acknowledge, bar staff not accommodating when asked to change channel to allow a paying customer watch a programme.
Cleanness, nice view from the room
The view from hotel was nice
Well were do I start I went in to receptionist to book in and it was as if she couldn't of been bothered! Everything was while effort !! Parked the car n the carpark and as the car I have is slightly low if was difficult to get it down the ramp when takin it out of the carpark ... The shower was broke and would flood the bathroom floor ...stayed for two days the room was €140 and we hav to pay an extra €20 to park the car which I Thought was a joke when we didn have bed and breakfast was just the room on booking out the same resptionist didn't even ask how was our stay just more or less couldn get us out quick enough! Should have book the strand as would have ended up the same price and we would of had got breskfast ..
Liked the bar and restaurant menu nice mix of Asian and Irish
The bed was comfortable, the wifi was good, water pressure in shower was very good!
Towels in room were a little tired, as a female I wouldn't like going to the car park in the dark, it's a quiet area with a lot of shops closed down so wouldn't fancy walking to shops alone.
The comfort of the room etc was really good, but they had put the second set of towels hidden in the wardrobe which was a bit silly as 2 of us had booked into a double room so we had to ask for a second set of towels.
There was a regular visitor card to get stamped but we could use that as we didnt book directly through the hotel. i.e we probably got a good discount. the receptionist was a bit snooty about this and also we had to pay in advance cos we only had a debit card---- not very good customer service. Breakfast charged at 10.50 prebooked and 13.50 if booked on morning. we went somewhere else and got it for 7.95!
It was def worth the extra €10 for the deluxe room as it was so much better than my friends room
They should have free parking
Excellent hotel, great location! Staff very friendly and room had great views. Very good stay would stay again.
The room and bathroom too small
The location of the hotel is convenient.
Loved the bed, the food in Kudos restaurant and the view.
Very comfotable bed, nice bathroom and views are lovely. Kudos bar food is amazing :-) And very reasonable
Very convenient location and easily accessible with parking just across the road. Food in bar was lovely also.
Room was very noisy by night as a motor of some sort was on all night long, resulting in it being very difficult to sleep. This was not the bathroom fan by the way. Also, left an item behind and was charged €7 to have it sent back to me.
Great location and views of the River Shannon and Limerick city from the room was lovely. Great value and staff excellent
The location of the hotel was excellent due to fact that we could walk into town.
The decor needs upgrading. The wardrobes in the rooms were too small to hang clothes. This may sound petty but the same wardrobe was used to store an ironing board. An item like this could be placed in general storage and requested by a guest if needed.
