Bathroom - Dated No Parking (extra cost so bear in mind) Even though walking distance to city centre, its located on the one end of thecity
loved the hotel, friendly staff from start to finish.
the area (entrance)around the hotel could do with a make over, its abit drab.
Whilst the hotel is centrally located and close to the City Centre - I didn't feel very safe walking back in the evening as the area where the hotel is located felt unsafe. We had a meal in the restaurant on Saturday night and it was very very poor. The lamb was poor quality and over cooked. The vegetarian option wasn't very good either. The restaurant is a bit characterless. Also, the male waiter needed to attend to his BO!!
Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff
Having to pay for parking was pretty expensive
Clean rooms and pleasant staff.
I left my iPad behind in the room. Even though 5 hours went by and they had found it and had time to put it in a safe no one contacted me to let me know they had it. I was me calling them and telling them id left it behind that got them to acknowledge they had found it. I just wonder how long they would have taken to call me. Remembering that people are leaving to head on their journeys and that returning to collect their belongings could cause great delay and inconvenience. The earlier the contact the better.
Location Friendly & helpful staff Value for money
Parking off site
My wife (in wheelchair) and I went for breakfast on an (admittedly busy) weekend. It took 25 minutes to get down from the 13th floor, with a pantomime of waiting for lifts that were full, or going the wrong way. Finally we arrived and were told that the dining room was full and to come back later.
The queue at breakfast we didn't hang around. 10 other groups on list before us.
Shower is poor
Lovely place, very Good !!
Comfort of room & facilities in room, tea/coffee, mini toiletries etc. Lobby was welcoming and beautifully decorated with Xmas tree.
Car park is a Multi storey next door which is a bit expensive. Appearance of hotel on outside isn't what I expected.
Location at river bank Rooms immaculate
entrance not very inviting from outside inside area small as is bar area Space for clothes minimal
Requested room on a high floor and got a room on he 14th floor. Nice staff especially the staff at breakfast. Good wifi too. Quick checkin and checkout. Good location too.
Cleaners very loud in the morning when trying to work which was difficult. Room was very warm. Slept with the windows open and it is December. Additional charges for room service and some breakfast items which is a bit bad.
Loved the comfort of the bed and the view from our window was lovely!!
They thoroughly enjoyed their stay, great location, friendly staff, would definitely revisit again!
Beautiful rooms - Giant bed, Massive TV, Great View of the river Perfect Location - center of the city, near the train & bus station
Location reception staff. Breakfast.
Facia on windowsill in bad repair Room 1011. floor tiles in bathroom cracked. Huge charge for phone calls within Ireland. Main restaurant closed. European menu in lounge second rate compared to asian menu. No free car parking.
Free wi-if. Great view, good location
No car park and wasn't told we had to pay for the multi story till we checked out. Shower curtain rail fell down as I was getting out of shower. Which is very dangerous. Started loading the ships at 7.30 on a Sunday morning waking us up.
We paid for two up grades and worth every cent to get the height and executive room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Cheapest wine available was €23 and it was mediocre at best. I would expect to be able to pay about €15 for something better.
Food was great
Resteraunt manager was very rude attacked my husband in front of other customers accused him of not paying for dinner when in fact it was her collegues fault she did not apoligise either
Breakfast and seating in lounge of bar of hotel
