Only bad thing is the wifi, it says you get it for free although can only use it in the lobby as it doesn't reach your rooms.
Best thing about our stay was the location, in the middle of everything and the staff were still so friendly even stumbling in at 4am! Only used the hotel for the room so not sure what food is like but we still got a very good deal.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Short walk into city centre and right beside all the pubs. Would stay again, highly recommend!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel was as close as you would want to be to Temple Bar if you aren't on a hen or stag night.
It was very noisy with metal barrels Being draggied through the road below us at 5 am.IThe rooms were also far too hot.We had 3 rooms but only 5 people so were a bit disappointed that adding an extra night for one person. CostA enrage nearly 120.00 Euros where all the other nights were 84 .00 Euros
The friendliness of the staff
Some stains on carpet.
The comfortable bedrooms.
The floor was really creaky, but as far as I could tell we didn't bother other guests with it. Would return.
We liked the large bathroom and super friendly staff. The location was fabulous and the room was bright and spacious.
The room was very small, very hot (we were there in April), the window was broken, so it was very difficult to ventilate it. Very loud (both outside and inside). The hotel is connected with a bar so you can smell cigarette smoke in the corridors. Very short bed, so if one is tall his/her legs were hanging over it.
The location is perfect, very close to the bar district, super close to the Dublin Castle, airport bus stop, as hop-on-hop-off bus. Clean.
Very noisy - even with the windows closed - people out until after 3:00 am. Beds were not comfortable and furniture and decor very worn out.
Helpful staff, great location, clean rooms
View from the hotel room wasn't great but I suppose that's what you expect in city centre location. The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy too.
The breakfasts were excellent and the room was comfy enough. Hotel was right at the outskirts of Temple Bar area so was ideal for seeing all the sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Well worth the money and would stay here again.
A little bit noisy in the night I know because too many tourists ...
The lovely room with friendly staffs. Also the location is very convient to everywhere.
proximity to the hub of entertainment - ease of access to all parts of the city centre
A little noisy with room being onto the road.
Location, staff and comfy bed. Hotel right on the edge of the Temple bar area with great clubs, pubs and restaurants all around. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed very comfy
Fairly central location. Enough outside of the Temple bar area that the nose was not bothersome.
i booked double room. First they putted me in too much small room with double bed. Too much conjsted with bad smell. I tried to sleep there but that was too suffocated. After my complain the moved me to better room.
First time I was there. The service is good and reasonable.
Walls are too thin probably coz we could hear people walking about in the corridors and people doors opening and closing, and also talking in next door rooms... I was okay but this could be a major problem if you are a light sleeper (like my friend was) !
Positives : Location - Perfect! Staff - Friendly and helpful! Inhouse Bar - Very lively inhouse bar!
Best location possible for your Dublin trip. Almost everything is in walking distance & the coach to the airport only a minute away. Also loved the styling.
Nothing apart from a bit cheeky charging for the bottles of water in the room. Could easily have thrown them in with the price!
Excellent location in the heart of temple bar, great room and great price. 2nd stay here and will stay again.
hard pillows, but were changed as soon as we asked reception. Squeeky floors. On 2nd floor and you could hear band/music from bar below.
Breakfast no up to the standards of hôtels outside of Dublin. Old carpets on the floor (allergy kicked in although vacuumed everyday). Very Noisy but if you want silence, do not book in Dublin center. Quite expensive during weekends
Very central Location Kind and accomodating staff Good price during the week
The pillows were very hard, this is the only criticism I would have
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was out of this world and the hotel was very centerally located.
The only downside was that the bed was too short, we are both only 1.68 m tall and we even had trouble with that. But for 80 euros I am not complaining if that is the only flaw.
Location was great, easy to find, staff was very friendly, giving advice when asked with a smile. Very nice overall experience. We payed 80 euros for a double room, which I find splendid for this hotel. Checkout time is 12, which is great, and they hold luggage for you.
Cant think of anything I didn't like.
I thought the hotel was conveniently situated. I was really chuffed that we were given a free upgrade to our room due to it being my 30th birthday, I thought this was a really nice gesture. But the room we had was beautiful, comfortable and the perfect place to stay.
The bed was so hard, it was uncomfortable to sleep on.
Hotel is clean, great location, nice staff, warm and inviting
