Location, good rates and friendly staff.
There was no bar when we visited
Good location and staff helpful and efficient.bit tricky to find. Ideal for temple bar and nightlife. We found it ideal for being central on a budget.
As near bars it is noisy at night even on a sunday plus road sweepers pass in the early hours.rooms a bit dark.
Very good location for all main sites. It's easy to reach Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery, the Temple Bar area and the Dublin Castle by foot; helpful and friendly staff.
There's a noise from the night club on the ground floor of the building, but if you're not going to go to sleep early this is fine. There was no safe in my room
The staff was really helpful and nice!
For young people the location is perfect. For people who want rest maybe too noisy
We liked everything except the Czech Inn across the street from the Paramount didn't stop serving alcohol until after 3 am and the noise continued until after 3. However, the room, the staff, the breakfasts were all excellent.
The noise from across the street - if you're not facing the Czech Inn, you're probably fine.
Reception staff were friendly on arrival, gave me a phone charger as I for got mine. Location is central to O Connell.
Room had single glaze window, net curtains on windows were black. Went to bed at midnight, there was a late bar across the road, people were out side talking and laughing till 4am, I went to sleep some time after that. Over priced for what it is. Light switch in room 311 not working properly.
Hotel great location went to concert in the Olympia hotel only a hundred yards away. Right in temple bar area. Good for restaurants pubs sight seeing. Very clean room and large.
Hotel rooms are you slept with window open all night in October still very warm. There was noise in the street but with the location I expected that. Leaving the window open didn't help that either.
friendly, helpful staff. Request quiet interior or upper room
very good location and friendly staff room and bathroom was clean
the interior very was used and worn down might also be an idea to a get window cleaner to polish the window and removed the dead insect smashed on the window
Great location will be back :)
Can be a bit noisy in the morning outside but is to be expected in the area
location brilliant friendly staff great night sleep
couldn't fault it!
Street noise from the nightclub next door, bin men, bars loading kegs at 4am, street sweepers. Literally anything can be heard. It was quieter at 4pm (which is when we slept most days) than it was at 4am. But I guess that's what you get being in the centre of Temple Bar. Double glazing will be seeked out next time...
A lovely hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast
The location, and staff are great!
The noise. The walls a paper thin, you can hear everything including the chamber maids, the drunks in the hallway, although the bar wasn't that loud.
Noisy street. No internet connection for 2 days/3 days.
This hotel is very well situated, with nice furniture and pleasant stuff.
During the day and night quite busy and loud place because of irish pubs all around. For this kind of place it was a bit more expensive.
central good, value perfect for one or two nights stay in Dublin
Great location, helpful and friendly staff were able to recommend places. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage behind reception on arrival and departure days. We had a quiet room close to the lifts as we requested.
The room was dark and very warm.
Staff and comfort
Perfect hotel in temple bar! Everything you need, nothing to complain about!
This is at one end of the Temple Bar area, close to Dublin Castle, Christian Church and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Many good eating locations nearby.
Mold in the bathroom and we had to use a piece of wood (supplied by hotel) to hold the window open. No A/C and the street noise was very loud. The floor creaked so bad we were afraid it was bothering the people below.
The front desk staff was very helpful and nice, especially John and the lady of Romania. Nice and clean room. I will come back.
the staff where so warm and friendly anything I asked them to do was no issue for them.
The location of the hotel is great.Very close to Dublin castle,Temple bar district and river Liffey. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area.Very helpful staff and clean hotel.
Lack of fridge.
