Recently renovated apartment in the main street of Villafranca in a strategic position to easily reach the center and the fair of Verona, the airport, Lake Garda, Parco Natura Viva Zoo Safari, Gardaland, Venice, Mantua. Furnished in modern Baroque style and equipped with all comforts. Great for single travellers, couples or business stays. The apartment has been carefully furnished and equipped: the furniture, refined and in style, has been painted and finished manually by the owners. The accommodation is also equipped with a precious textile kit entirely hand-made by the owners themselves. It is possible to request accommodations with two single beds or a double bed. There are all the necessary comforts to make your stay unforgettable (washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, safety deposit box, fire extinguisher, adjustable air conditioning zones, flat screen multifunction smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom, shower, bidet, free wi-fi, orthopedic mattresses in high density memory foam)
Hello, we are married with four children, we like DIY and all kinds of artistic work. Sara works as a quality manager secretary in a company that deals with the supply and assistance of electromedical devices and aids for the disabled and in her free time she loves making household linen, bags and clothes and devoting herself to cooking, especially sweets. Renzo is a partner in a real estate company, he worked as a graphic designer dealing with the printing of invitations for weddings and various events, he loves engines and is ingenious in all types of maintenance and creation. Our great passion is music and in particular the Latin dances that introduced us 14 years ago and still unite us in our evening getaways. We love to travel, but unfortunately, with four children and various misadventures, we have had to limit ourselves a bit in recent years. Although new to the sector, we have decided to throw our hearts and souls into this new experience because we want to meet new people, share knowledge and experiences and be useful to others. We are open to suggestions and improvements. For us it represents the realization of a dream and we hope for you too.
The accommodation is located in the historic center of Villafranca a few steps from the Scaliger Castle, the Magalini hospital, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, the railway station and the bus stop. Strategic point to easily reach: - the center and the fair of Verona, - the Catullo airport, - Lake Garda, - Parco Natura Viva Zoo Safari, - Gardaland, - Caneva - Movieland, - Sigurtà Park, - Aquardens, - Nicolis Museum, - Venice, - Mantua, - the suggestive village of Borghetto.
