Apartment 53 has been conceived as a functional structure with an aesthetics that is strongly reminiscent of the 70s, of which contains some original signed pieces of furniture. The main room is in itself an independent apartment, with a kitchenette equipped with dishes, pans, glasses, a refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the same room you can enjoy a comfortable sofa, a TV and a two-seater desk with wireless printer. The main bed of the apartment is located in the part of the room that gives onto the terrace. The terrace overlooks the inner courtyard and further away there is a public park. On the terrace you will find a small table with two chairs where you can eat outside during the summer months. The apartment is completed by a separate bedroom with two comfortable single beds and a newly renovated bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There are two closets, blankets, towels and shampoo, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and laundry threads. The apartment is accessed by stairs or elevator. Dedicated parking space inside the courtyard.

I'm furniture designer and I lived many years out of Italy, almost twenty on a sailing ship in the Caribbean. Apartment 53 is located in a low building, surrounded by greenery, in a residential area of Cervignano. The Aussa river runs close by and on its shores you can take beautiful walks. Despite this, the center is two minutes away with its shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Within 5 km you can visit both the medieval hamlet of Strassoldo, where in the little church got married the Marshal of Radetzky, or the magnificent park of Villa Chiozza between secolar trees and a herd of wild deer. Facilities: the bus station is 5 minutes walk away, the raiway station 20 minutes away. If you come by car, the exits of the raiways of Palmanova and Villesse are about 12 km far. The International Airport of Trieste is located 15 km away, and you can reach it in 6 minutes by taking the local train. Apartment 53 has its own private parking space.
