Ours is a private apartment purchased years ago as an investment, at the moment it is for sale with the mortgage taking over. My family no longer uses it for various business needs and we rent it for both short and long periods. The Primula residence in which it is located takes care of the cleaning and gives you the keys. Instead, the payment must be made to me by bank transfer or postepay recharge. During the high season the residence is like a "tourist village", with many services, such as miniclub, entertainment, karaoke, various games, tennis, basketball, disco, gym, mini spa center and summer swimming pool.

I am a mother with 3 daughters who have stayed at the Primula residence in Pescasseroli for over 20 years in the summer and winter holidays. Now they are all adults with their own families and our apartment is almost free. We are also interested in a possible sale.

The residence is located a stone's throw from the village, 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot. 10 minutes from the ski slopes, which are located immediately after the town of Pescasseroli. The area is perfect for families with children or groups of friends on holiday for relaxation, walks and fun. Near the village there is also a riding school for beautiful horse rides.
