Everything! doesn't worth that money.
Breakfast in our room, foid was good but would have been better to go and eat in a dinning room.
The breakfast was filling. You select your options and delivery time. Location was key. Central and easy access to everywhere in the city via metro around the corner.
Clean and quiet hotel with a great breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff was exceptional! They went out of their way to make a great stay. Very helpful with getting around, places to eat and reservations. The hotel was conveniently located. It's within walking distance (3-5 minutes) to metro and bus lines. Breakfast is provided to your room at the time of your choosing. I was very pleased with the breakfast options. Anything that came up was handled quickly and with a smile.
Not knowing what floor the hotel was on.
Very pleasant staff, friendly and cooperative. They speak their languages ( no dutch unfortunately :-)) english and deutsch anche italiano.;-) Clean rooms, breakfast on the room exactly on time and enough for a good start of the day.
The rainy weather during our stay, but Rome remains beautiful to visit from here.
View from the building. Free wifi
No Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner offered. A roll and juice is not breakfast in the usa. My passport was kept at the front desk because they did not offer Discover or Diners club leaving me to find atm. They never did give my passport back at check-in as I was tired and anxious to relax in my room. Not paying attention. It was never offered back to me at check out as I arrived in the Rome Airport finding out my passport was missing I missed my flight to Paris. I found Rome to be one huge disappointment very dirty and the Italians do not like Americans-that was very clear by front desk staff. Dont go to this place unless u want ur passport stolen! The owners wife charged into my room at check out while I was getting out of shower. I asked her for a late ck out and I was more than happy to pay for it. She finally left the room to try in over charge me for the second night. I was in a hurry to make my Paris flight no time to argue I gave her waaay more than what I paid for first night and never got my change because she wanted to see my confirmation which was on my cell phone that was dead. Dont trust them and dont stay there unless u like rude people yelling at u in Italian.
