We are a "family" team that manages a dozen apartments for tourist use. We started in 2016 with a family structure and over the years we have gradually grown up. We are always available for our guests but we don't live inside the apartments located. However, we live in the historic center of Venice and so we can reach the various structures for any emergencies usually in about an hour. We are always available for communications via wahtsup, sms, emails or phone calls. The communication way we prefer is the one through whatsup which allows us to communicate calmly, sharing images or any links, even when we are engaged in our main jobs. About the Check-In In our apartments it is possible to store your luggage from 11.00 am. The apartment will be available from 3.00 pm. Check in closes at 11.00 pm. About the Check-Out Check out must be done by 10.00 am We do not have the possibility to keep suitcases in the building after check out.

Ca’ Santa Marta Apartment is a 50 square meters apartment. It consists of living room, kitchenette, twin bedroom with two single beds, bathroom. The apartment is located at the third floor of a Venetian building. No lift. We provide beds linen and bath towels. The apartment is equipped with tv, washing machine, a clothes horses dryer, iron, iron table, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, hair dryer, heating, air conditioning, free internet wi-fi. We deal with guests over the phone, by text and e-mail.

The apartment is nice, comfortable and very bright. It is perfect for a nice and relaxing stay in Venice. It is located in Dorsoduro, a nice, safe, vibrant sestiere of Venice where you can find everything you need for your stay in the city. A supermarket is close to the apartment so you can get very easily all the essentials at your convenience. Groceries, wine sellers, restaurants, osterie and shopping area are at a short walk from the apartment. The vaporetto is just one minute walk from the apartment so that you can get wherever you want very easily.
