'La Casa di Giosy' is an elegant two-room apartment with garden located in Ferrania, close to the beautiful beaches of the coast but also to the Langhe and lower Piedmont. Ferrania gave its name to the 'cinema films' on which masterpieces such as 'La Ciociara', starring Sophia Loren, were imprinted. The history of cinema is recounted in detail at the 'Cairo Montenotte Film Museum' in the nearby town. Immersed in nature, 'La Casa di Giosy' is located at the foot of the 'Adelasia Nature Reserve' where you can go hiking, horse riding, mountain biking or simply relax in the shade of majestic beech trees and centuries-old chestnut trees. It has an independent entrance, a large living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed (queen size), double bedroom, bathroom, cloakroom and furnished garden. The property is ideal for 3 guests but the capacity can be up to 4 people.
