La Mansarda is a small flat recently renovated of 30 sqm at the 2nd and last floor of an historic building in downtown of Cerreto Guidi, nearby the Ancient Medici's Villa. There’s a full equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (2 single beds) and a living room with TV as well as a bathroom with shower. The flat comes furnished with Bedding and towels. WIFI no fibre inside the flat. If you're travelling by car there's a free parking just about the flat with also an electric recharging station. Cerreto Guidi is situated on the top of a hill surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside with vineyards and olive trees. From there you can easily reach the main cities of the area, such as Florence , Pisa or Siena, with direct trains from the railway station of Empoli (9km away) or via motorways. We highly recommend to visit the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci which is just about 5km away from the flat/town.

Cerreto Guidi is a small town on the hills near Vinci. Great position to visit the major cities of the Tuscany: Florence 43km - Pisa 57km - Lucca 40km - Siena 79km - San Gimignano 45km. In Cerreto Guidi you can find all facilities as restaurants, bars, banks, supermarket, pharmacy and so on. In summer time the Council organize some nice festivals, most of all recalling medieval age.
