Located in Gualdo Cattaneo, this is a 2-bedroom farmhouse in an old monumental building in Umbria. You have a large shared garden to linger outdoors and a bubble bath to relax here. The farmhouse is excellent for a family or a group of 5 persons. The stay is set on a panoramic region on a hill, with olive and fruit trees around. You can easily visit the cities of Foligno, Assisi, Spoleto, Perugiaand Rome from here. If you don't feel like cooking, a restaurant is just next to the farmhouse. The town center with supermarkets rests at 2 km. For a pleasant day out, you can be by the lakeside 5 km away. Nightlife pubs are 9 km away. The farmhouse has central heating for comfort. There is a communal garden with a swimming pool, playground and cozy furnishings. The private decked terrace is a great spot to host barbecue evenings with local wine. For recreation, table tennis and table football equipment are present. A children's bed and a high chair are present. Parking is available.
