Finally, the house is equipped with an unassigned parking space in the condominium garage. Castiglione della Pescaia is the most famous tourist resort on the southern coast of Maremma: a combination of nature, sea, cultural and artistic heritage to visit that makes it one of a kind. The medieval castle dominates the town and the ancient village of which it is part can be visited especially in the evening to admire enchanting sunsets and enjoy the sea breeze. This seaside resort is suitable both for those who want a relaxing holiday and for lovers of sport and an active life. There are many bars and restaurants to suit all budgets and the beaches have beach clubs where you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas, surfboards and paddle boards. You can easily get around on foot because the distances are short or by bike along one of the many cycle paths. And for those who want to explore nearby places, there is a wide choice of Etruscan archaeological sites (Vetulonia and Roselle), the Maremma Natural Park or cities such as Siena (1 hour by car), Florence (1 and a half hours). An excursion to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago is also recommended, with mini-cruises leaving every day from the port of Castiglione.
