Large portion of an ancient Villa from the 18th century, located on a little hill of San Cresci, named "Gli Ochi", just 30 minutes from Florence and only 5 minutes from the nearest country Borgo San Lorenzo. An oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by the green country-side of an old century park. The apartment has an own independent entrance and is on two levels. Ground floor: kitchen with view on a private garden, laundry room and an elegant living room. First floor: study room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double master bed and a connecting room with 2 single beds. Large garden including an area for enjoying lunches and dinners in the open air, surrounded by the country-side of ancient trees. The property is fully equipped with sheets, towels, hairdryer, TV , kitchen equipped with dishes/cutlery, kitchen tools, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, barbecue, coffeepot, toaster, kettle and washing machine. On request we can provide a camping bed for children under 3 years old, a stroller and a high chair. At your arrival, a small welcome kit… the breakfast basket of the Villa . It will be an opportunity to taste the organic honey of "Podere Gli Ochi" ... made in Mugello valley . We are waiting for you!
Welcome to our charming Villa in the heart of Mugello, a refuge always loved for our family vacations. We are delighted to share with you the beauty and unique atmosphere that this Villa has bestowed upon us for a long time. I remain at your disposal for any further information during your holidays.
Our Villa is located 5 minutes by car from the nearby town of Borgo San Lorenzo, and only 13 minutes from the Mugello Circuit. Florence is 30 km away from our property and can be reached by car in just 30 minutes. For those who prefer to use public transportation, you can also travel to Florence by train in 45 minutes (the train station is located 5 km from the apartment). Our apartment is the ideal starting point to explore the entire Mugello region, the city of Florence, and Tuscany. For sports lovers, there are trekking trails and tennis courts just 5 minutes away by car from the property, a Golf course in the nearby town of Scarperia, and for horse riding , a riding stable is only 3 km from our property. The local culinary offerings are excellent, and the regional cuisine will allow you to experience the flavors of typical Tuscan cooking.
