The hotel staff was friendly, understood English and responded well to questions.
excellent bathroom, clean & modern, nice towels. Bed comfortable. TV worked. Glad to have the lift. Nice to have a fridge in the room.
bedroom carpet looking rather worn in contrast with everything else..
Location, on same street as train station which was excellent for getting around. Big rooms.
The rooms were dated and old. Some upgrades need to be done esp to fixtures in the bathroom and bedroom.
Central Location Friendly Staff
Wifi not free
Hotel was located right accross from the city siteseeing busses as wel as the airport transfer stop. staff was very friendly.
Had to pay for wifi? Walls in the room were filthy and the bed as hard as rock. breakfast was shortcoming.

Elavator & Rooms too small, Front Desk not too helpful
Look of the hotel is good
Bathroom is not good Other facilities what other hotels r giving is not having in yur hotel
Location is great if catching a train.
Hasn't been renovated for decades. Rooms at the front are very loud. Wifi not included. Expensive for the quality.
Location - literally 1 min to the train station
Uncomfortable beds, loud AC, tiny room, paid wifi, no breakfast included
The location was spectacular, it was across from Termini station, and about 40 minutes to the airport. Across from the hotel was the hop-off-hop-on bus, hotel was central to restaurant, supermarket and shopping areas
No breakfast was included in price
The Two single beds in our room were pushed together to make a double, Found it very uncomfortable to sleep on, no hot water for days. The hotel in general needs a renovation. They hotel would not let us use an iron. Breakfast was cheap, no proper good food to eat
Sure there is better.
Very basic and tired small room. We stayed in a triple and it was a squash. Internet was a rip off having to pay per device.
Location Cleanliness Breakfast included Staff very helpful and friendly Rates
The hotel is run down and the room was disgusting. It had military style single beds, the bathroom was stinking like a sewer. We arrived late so had no choice but to sleep one night in this grime pit but got out the next day. Unfortunately I had to forfeit 2 nights payment. It is not surprising that they have a no refund policy as they would not keep their guests otherwise. This is a total misrepresentation on your website.
Location Rooms Breakfast Parking
Breakfast is not included Wi-fi is not free (it is awful for 21 st century) Hotel staff is not attentive
The location of the hotel is good, situated next to the central station, with easy access to everything in the city. We walked more or less everywhere in the city and it mostly took us 25 min to the places, sites, restaurants and bars we wanted to experience. But that is basically what is positive about the hotel... location.
Pictures are not close to what was delivered. No hot water in shower, which is a minimum standard in my point of view. We asked in reception, and was told to leave the water running for a few minutes, which made no difference. Complained and was told someone was going to look into it, but no change. We had to call Booking.com customer service and have them call to make something happen, which gave us warm water for a shower on the 2nd day, Saturday. Sunday morning we were back to cold water again. Personell not really service minded nor highly friendly. Manager seemed friendly but it is obvious that they are in business because of location. Everything costs extra. WiFi is €3 per hour (!!!) and the hotel charges a very high fee to retain luggage for a while. I would not recommend this hotel. We loved our stay in Rome and will for sure come back again sometime soon - but will not be staying at this hotel.
Location was good
No wifi !!! Small rooms and bathrooms
Good Location, very close to the Main Station, Our Room did not face the road, so it was silent at night.
Our bathroom smelled very mouldy, I avoided spending too much time in there for fear of getting sick. The two matrasses of the king sized bed draw apart in the night which was very uncomfortable. There was also no free Wi-Fi it costs 5€ for 24 hours and can only be used on one device.
I stayed at the hotel for 1 night when changing flights. The location is perfect if you use the Terravision bus to and from the airport - the hotel is along the same street where the bus stop is and you can see it when arriving at Termini from Fiumicino airport. I stayed in a single room which was large enough and clean, the bathroom was OK, there is an elevator and a 24-hour reception.
everything was fine
Location Price... if all you need is a bed bang in the middle of the center, you can't go wrong.
Not very clean, bathroom pretty grotty. But the bed was clean which is the main thing.
