Location Rooms Breakfast Parking
Breakfast is not included Wi-fi is not free (it is awful for 21 st century) Hotel staff is not attentive
Location was good
No wifi !!! Small rooms and bathrooms
I stayed at the hotel for 1 night when changing flights. The location is perfect if you use the Terravision bus to and from the airport - the hotel is along the same street where the bus stop is and you can see it when arriving at Termini from Fiumicino airport. I stayed in a single room which was large enough and clean, the bathroom was OK, there is an elevator and a 24-hour reception.
everything was fine
Location Price... if all you need is a bed bang in the middle of the center, you can't go wrong.
Not very clean, bathroom pretty grotty. But the bed was clean which is the main thing.
Good value for money Convenient location by train station and metro Clean room and nice bathroom
Paid internet connection
Location was great, close to Tours, Termini Train Station, Metro, Car Hire and a short walk to Restaurants and shops
Small Room & Bathroom Breakfast is quite basic
Excellent location at Termini, 10 metres from bus to Ciampino airport. Quiet, as soon as window was closed, and aircondition turned on. Within walking distance of most sightseeing objects. 24 hour reception with necessities such as beer in fridge.
Wifi is not for free.
Location to main bus and train terminal across the road
stayed in a double room - basically two singles pushed together - mattresses were not both at same height which made it uncomfortable
Only the location is good as its near to Roma Termini But the other hotels near to this hotel were very good and in same price and some in less price
The mosquitos biting me all night, The combined wash room for 3 rooms located outside. The washroom was toooo dirty.
excellent location in Rome for a good price ,facing Termini station and bus station, friendly stuff and good services
Staff with attitude, lift doesn't operate during night and I have to carry my luggage up stairs.
Everyday change of towels and cleaning was the only good thing.
Very narrow and uncomfortable bed for couple (only 140x200 cm), very small bedroom and bathroom- almost no place where to move, really awfull. Really bad breakfast, (no juices, awfull coffee/capucino/latte) if we have paid the full price for accomodation including breakfast we would ask our money back.
1 minute from Roma Termini
Sometimes there was not enough chairs for everybody to sit at breakfast. Dirty shower.
its location to railway and buses to airport. the staff were very helpful and pleasant
Location near the Train Station was ok. Staff was nice and helpful.
The room was too small (it's an old building). The shower was 30 in. X 30 in. way too small! Terrible Bed causing tossing and turning all night. We did not sleep good at all. At least we got to experience Rome!
The room was terrible, very small and the beds were uncomfortable and separate, no room service without asking for it. We stayed 6 nights and it was the worst experience ever! No change of the sheets and not enough shampoo and soaps to have two people a shower! The neighborhood at night was terrifying and it is not recommended for women and families! The breakfast just sweets, without eggs or fruit!
Close to train/bus station
Dirty, awful bathroom, hard bed, uncomfortable
Homeless people outside hotel, rubbish in side streets - didn't feel safe, rooms were so small and very very basic, bathrooms were disgusting. Beds were rock hard
Location is right next to termini.
Beds are very uncomfortable. Our room was in a very weird location by a storage area. Rooms are not spacious.
The location is good (close to Termini) so that might save you the money for the taxi
The bathroom wasn't clean. Found hair from previous guests (I assume) on the floor, in the bathtub and all over the bathroom. I didn't even have the courage to shower. As well as for the toilet itself. Thank God I had to stay in that hotel room only for a night. The bed wasn't comfortable at all and the room was very noisy. When I also asked for the bill they gave me only a "ricevuta fiscale" that I do nothing with it. I wouldn't stay in that hotel ever again!
One street away from train station which has trains going to airports. Bus stop outside for Rome open top bus tour. Breakfast was good.
Very basic room. Renovations were next door to our room. They had a wire bed base tied across fire hoses.
Hotel is located near Termini station, so that was very comfortable to reach metro or get home. The perssonel is friendly. Breakfast everyday is the same, but variety is quite wide. Really I would reccomend.
In the morning about 7-8 a.m. there was church bell ringing.
My priorities were location and hygiene and I got both
Nothing really caused me nuisance.
