If you're relying on public transport during your stay in Rome, its a good idea to be close to Termini Station. Hotel Luciani is only 50 metres away.

The broken hairdryer & teeny shower cubicle
Reasonable price thats its ok if you need a place to stay before trip from termini station or you need to catch early bus to the airport
Its ridiculous that you have to pay for wifi.
Location is about the best it has going for it unfortunately. Could be a lovely place.
Staff were rude and morbid. Not helpful at all. Had to pay for wifi. Why would have been a nice hotel once is run down and dirty. Don't be taken in by the photos.
Location TV Luggage storage facility
Bathroom Maintenance Torn out pillow inner cases
Cost was very reasonable. Facility was clean. Very close to everything. Only a block from the metro which can take you to all the tourist sites in the heart of Rome
Room a little cramped, but clean.
Unlike my previous stay, just one week before, when I gave a very good rate to this hotel, this time i got a very uncomfortable room despite being on crutches. Staff were not as friendly as on my previous visit. Were they having a bad day? Should not reflect on costumers.
Perfect location for travalers by train. The hotel is just next to the Roma Termini Train station. Personel is helpful.
Rooms are very old designed. Old furnitures. And rooms are cold. no free wi-fi.
The location was just excellent. I didn't have to ask anyone or take a cab to find the hotel after getting out from Termini station. Also there were plenty of transportation available just in front of the hotel to go to any places in Rome.
I think if the hotel offers free internet which is a basic necessity these days rather than a luxury then the hotel tariff would have been fully justified.
Very close to the Roma Termini and very easy to get your bags to and from. Also easy to get to the attractions by walking or by taking the subway. It wasn't crowded (but it was January/February). Price was very reasonable.
Room was very small and the shower was tiny. Beds are not comfortable, but I have found that most of them are not in Europe. Didn't spend much time in the room, so it really didn't matter that much.
Cheap and very good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If management would improve the room facilities and cleanliness..it could become an excellent budget hotel.
The toilet was smelly affecting the room. Smell of human waste.Carpet outside the room was in a bad state. Worn and stained.Fridge not working and no kettle/cup for making tea.
Location was great, cstraiggt across from the train station and the staff were very nice. The hotel was spotless and homely.
Liked it no complaints, you pay for what you get. Cheap and nice
The price is good for what you get
There was a funny smell
-excellent location -goood value for money -helpful staff -it was very warm rooms in cold einter days -clean sheets and towels -refrigirator,flat tv, hair dryer are in place -did not face with any problems during visit
-paid wi-fi -walls were not clean -rooms were 13m2
be carefull they charge in your credit card all the days from booking so if you need invoice you must tell from begining, not clean, not warm enought water, charge of 5 euro for the wifi per day and only for one device!!!!,moisture on the bathroom walls and not enought light in bathroom ,uncomfortable beds
-No carpet in the room. -if you want hot water make sure you're the first to take a shower otherwise there will be no hot water for you. -shower drain kept clogging.
I hated the fact that being there for 10 days there was another Internet package theb 24 hours and was dissapointed with the minimal paid breakfast!
Distance to Termini Station.
5 Euro for internet access is a total ripoff considering most places is free
Convenient to train station & transit Clean Sheets Restaurants nearby
Noise from people on street Walls needed a good cleaning Dated
Central location, 1 min to Termini, good resturants nearby and cheap food easily accessible.
Paid WiFi, Elevator is too small and scary. Noisy at night.
Small space Facilities are limited
Lcation and infrastrukture
Very good location. 1 minute walk to main station and bus station.
Breakfast very basic. Little more choice would have been nice!
Location and price
