Wi-fi, satellite TV and a washing machine are also included. Outside you will find 2 uncovered terraces with a fantastic view of the sea and the green hills of Elba. Both terraces are equipped with comfortable furniture and a sunshade to ensure relaxing holidays under the Italian sun. The accommodation is located close to a park and offers a wide range of excursion possibilities such as hiking and cycling tours just beyond your doorstep. In summer you can take the nearby public bus to the beaches of Patresi (a pebble beach) and Sant Andrea (a sandy beach). A supermarket is just 80 m away while the centre of the tranquil village of Patresi, with its small selection of restaurants, is 1.2 km from the property. By car, you can reach the pebble beach Spiaggia di Patresi in just 6 minutes. Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels cannot be provided.
