The house is surrounded by a large tropical garden on the top of the hill overlooking Rodney bay. The house has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and cooling fans, one bathroom with shower and tub and a large fully equipped kitchen; wooden floors, rugs and paintings make the apartment particularly welcoming and comfortable. Outside, very large veranda with amazing view overlooking Rodney bay and the Caribbean sea. On the terrace, you can relax under the tropical sun, lying on the deckchairs or enjoing the outside living room in the shade of the huge veranda. This house has a breathtaking 360 ° view. BBQ area and private parking available. ​ In the common areas you can enjoy: BBQ area in the tropical garden and a beautiful 360 roof terrace with sun chairs, sunset aperitive corner overlooking Rodney Bay Marina , Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. ​ Wi-Fi, housekeeping, laundry service and Parking are included ​ We also offer jeep for rent and island tours!
The property is just 2 km from Gros Islet Beaches and Cas en Bas Kite and surfing area, and 4 km away from Pigeon Island National Park. Cricket International Stadium and Golf Club are a 3-minute drive away. ​ The road joining the property to the Gros Islet junction and the street Party Village was completely paved in May 2017 by the gouvernement. This distance can be covered in 15 minutes by foot.
