Location and good value for money. The Restaurant of the neighbouring hotel Reval Lietuva is excellent. They should be ashamed of the additional bed for children. Please, replace them. Any one-star hotel can offer a better one. |

Location (near the river and shopping malls), availability of swimming pool (though there was no time to try it), spacious bathroom with bathtube, front desk staff efficiency in solving issue with heating (they brough add.heater upon my request and it was fine), quick delivery of cofee/tea facilities. WiFi perfectly working in my room, as well as all facilities were operable. Depressive colors of desing. A/C remote control missing and I was told it's same in all rooms during winter; heating (switched to max) not efficient. Insufficient English of room service personnel (partially solved via English menu); some of them insist on having cash payment vs charging the room bill. Cleaning ladies tend to turn the "Pls don't disturb sign" although I took measures to fix it |

очень хорошее место расположения, приветливый персонал, на все мои просьбы реагировали очень быстро и доброжелательно. Телевизор с приличным набором программ. Отличный завтрак. Доступный интернет с очень хорошей полосой доступа. Мне не понравилось 3 момента, которые можно легко исправить. 1) Два отдельных матраса на кровати создавали некоторые неудобства из-за того, что постоянно разъезжались. 2) в номере не было утюга, а в "гладильной комнате" очень полохие условия, чтобы привести в порядок слегка измятый костюм. Утюг без отпаривателя, отсутствие удобной вешалки, пыльно. 3) отсутствие сейфа в номере |

Ystävällinen, aulis ja asiallinen palvelu. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet, lyhyt kävelymatka Neri-joen rantaan, vanhaan kaupunkiin noin 1 km. Lähistöllä suuria tavarataloja ja pieniä erikoisputiikkeja. Mukavat näkymät eri aikaukausien rakennuksiin. Sympaattinen hotelli. Ainoastaan viereinen yökerho Eden hieman aiheutti hälinää - tosin nukuimme ikkuna raollaan... (epähuomiossa), mutta itse hotellista ei ole negatiivista sanottavaa. |

Siisti hotelli, hyvä sijainti aivan ostoskeskuksen lähellä. Miellyttävä henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamiainen. Plussaa siitä, että lemmikeistä ei veloteta lisämaksua. Varhaisaamiaispaketti oli niukka ja sisälsi vain kuivahkot sämpylät, muutaman keksin ja vesipullon ja hedelmän. Kahvia tms. ei ollut saatavana. Yövartija vastaanotossa ei osannut englantia. |

Huoneemme oli todella tilava vauvan ja neljän koiran kanssa. Autoa ei pelottanut jättää yöksi hotellin parkkialueelle. Vauvan ruokien lämmitysmahdollisuus. Mikroa ei tuntunut löytyvän, kun halusin lämmittää omaa vettä. |

Zum einen konnten wir Samstag und Sonntag erst ab 8,00 Frühstücken da gab es kein entgegenkommen obwohl es dort noch mehr Gäste gab die wie wir das gleiche Ziel und somit das gleiche Problem hatten Dann gab es noch Ärger mit dem Verzehr auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten nur eine Flasche Mineralwasser (die auf dem Kühlschrank stand) benutzt und sollten aber 2 Flaschen bezahlen. |
