El trato recibido, especialmente la amabilidad del personal de recepción. El autobús turísitico de la ciudad tiene parada en el mismo hotel y a unos metros hay una zona de estacionamiento para bicilcetas de alquiler / The execellent treatment of the staff in the reception. Also that hop on hop off bus stops in the door of the hotel and nearby there is a parking place for rental bicycles. |

La tranquilidad de las instalaciones, el desayuno, su buena ubicación junto a las instituciones europeas y la amabilidad del personal Al parecer se había caido la red de internet y pasaron 3 días sin solucionarlo. Además, el internet no es gratis, algo que debería ser en todos los hoteles de cierta categoría y precio. |

The hotel is new, and everything is fresh. I like the food they provided in free loung bar, and the cake is really nice. The staff is motivated and helpful indeed. location! It is located in the new area of luxemburg city. If u r come for busniess, it will be nice. But if u r come for traveling, it might be a little bit unconvenience to reach the luxemburg central station and most of attractions. |

New, nicely equipped rooms. Good connection by public buses. Overpriced breakfast (20 EUR !) and other extras. No coffee/tea making facility in the room. |

Good size room and spacious shower althouh the actual overall bathroom size was cramped. Location. Whilst quiet it cannot be classed as a city centre hotel because a taxi or bus is required to get into the city centre |

A new modern hotel providing good accomodation for our visit to this city Breakfast was good, but the main restaurant did not come up to the standard of other Melia hotels were we have stayed. The staff polite but obviously not trained sufficiently. Accidents happened on our first visit and this had not improved when we gave the restaurant a second try. |

Very clean modern hotel, friendly staff. Our main complaint would be that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and you could not order it on room service. There was also a lack of information in English so we had to get german and french versions and try and work things out from there. It is also a good half an hour's walk into the centre of the city which you can do along a busy main road or through the woods and a deserted fort. Not good if you suffer with your knees! There were regular bus services that ran every 15 minutes into town. Buy a Luxembourg card from the tourist information - well worth it! |

It was clean, efficient and a good price for a hotel in Luxembourgh One staff member was very helpful, the other two were cool and basic in their approach. The hotel is advertised as being a short 20 minute walk from the town centre, but is is longer, especially when there is nothing in between in terms of shops, cafes or services. |i couldn't even buy a packet of cigarettes. Ok for a conference, I suppose, but not for a small family. the rooms are impersonal - take a lesson or two from the Marriot hotels. |
