You'll have access to the entire 2 bedroom unit, parking, grounds, and the 2 community pools located in the Puerta Cabos Village that is just far enough away from the downtown party atmosphere but just close enough to pop over to enjoy it. The property includes a kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer as well as, oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and wine captain as well as an island with three barstools for entertaining and enjoying a meal. The property comes with two bedrooms, the main bedroom which includes a king bed overlooking the view of the pool and the luscious grounds. There's also an attached bathroom which includes a large jetted bathtub as well as a shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower. The living room comes with a 6 seater dining area as well as a large entertainment area with a couch and a TV to watch Netflix. The living room area has a large view of the pool and grounds, you can slide the large glass doors open to access the patio that's a massive 600 square feet of lounging and relaxing and BBQing, not to mention a great place to start your morning with a nice cup of coffee.
Located just a few hundred feet from the beach and half a mile from downtown, this property has swimming, parking, a patio, BBQ and is next door to the Club Cascades resort, which has restaurants and nightlife. You'll have access to the entire 2 bedroom unit, parking, grounds, and the 2 community pools located in the Puerta Cabos Village that is just far enough away from the downtown party atmosphere but just close enough to pop over to enjoy it. The property is 3-4 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Medano Beach, with views of the arch, the location is spectacular. The Marina and downtown are also a short walking distance from our condo. Taxis and Ubers are available, if desired. Stop by the local Costco, Walmart, or City Club to pick up essentials and stock up on anything you might need for your trip. They are all a short Uber or drive away. Get your morning coffee fix at the local Starbucks. Several beachfront restaurants. Popular Tabasco's and The Office, and many other restaurants and bars lined up on the beach are within walking distance.
