Qualita' dell'albergo e il buon rapporto qualita' prezzo C'era un'impalcatura fuori della finestra della mia stanza ed alle 7 del mattino hanno iniziato con i lavori nel cantiere (trapano, demolitore, ecc..) |

L'unica cosa favorevole è la posizione. Il personale è sgradevole ed indisponente (cosa mai vista). Non è presente connessione wireless nelle camere. E neanche la connessione via cavo era funzionante. Inoltre a causa di lavori per rifacimento dell'hotel, hanno fatto uscire prima tutti gli ospiti dall'hotel, senza neanche la possibilità di lasciare lì i bagagli. Siamo dovuti ricorrere al deposito bagagli della stazione ferroviaria. |

staffs are friendly, helpful & patient to solve my problem. rooms are a bit too dark with not enough lights & hotel looks quite old & worn dowm from outside. |

The staff managed to give me a quiet room even thoudg there was heavy construction going on outside. The rooms were too overloaded with a sort of colonial design. But this may be a matter of taste. Also, I would prefer the breakfast to be included in the price of the room. |

The location was perfect for coming from and going to the airport. During my busy 8 day stay I was within 10 minutes from Royal and ndt Theaters, the Mauritzhuis and Bredius museums and shopping area. |

Very convenient location, and nice design of the room. Internet connection was down for several hours in the morning, in spite of the receptionist repeatedly claiming that the problems would be solved in a few minutes.Illumination at working desk in the room could be improved. |

I booked the hotel because the website mentioned "a gym" . But there was no gym at all!! I feel cheated!! When we arrived at 13.00 there was no room " in our categorie" available! When we paid Euro 20 more there would be an upgraded room available! Having been in this upgraded room we wonder what a standard room looks like. Overall: not imprerssed at all! |

We got the train from Amsterdam for a day trip as there were a few galleries that we wanted to visit. The Hotel is next door to the train station which is convenient & only 5/10mins into town. The hotel itself was finished to a very high standard & the staff were very attentive & friendly. Althougth the price of the room was very reasonable we were very very dissapointed with the room service. It did not follow the description on the menu & was so very expensive. A poor excuse of a salad & a low grade pizza came to over 40 euros!!! |

The room is large enough and well equipped. It is very convenient next to the train station. I failed internet connection to my lap top. I can not find covered parking on Sunday night. |

I liked the convenience to local transportation and trains. Their breakfast options were good as well. They are under construction so parking was a little further away than I expected. |

The location of the Eden Babylon Hotel is excellent primarily due to the proximity of the train and tram station beside the hotel. The hotel has diminished in the past 18 months as cost-cutting measures have been introduced. No toiletries; no mini-bar facilities; one bottle of water for two guests; a T.V. that didn't work as well as a hairdryer that failed to work. |

situated close to station and other public transport. breakfast buffet was ample I booked and paid for a Superior room but was given a standard room.It was only the fact that I queried the room or no-one would have said anything. Definitely an unattractive side of their service. The renovations taking place there do not allow for a sleep in... it's good to know this beforehand.... I did |

This hotel was fantastic with a gorgeous room and wonderful staff. We were upgraded as there are still renovations going on. Although there are still renovations you don't notice them other than walking through them to get into the hotel. We could see the park from our room were there were dear wandering around during the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything about this hotel is top quality. The breakfast was also very good. We would suggest that you don't let the renovations put you off staying at the Eden Babylon. There is also a good 2 for 1 happy hour in the hotel bar. The location of this hotel is amazing and the value for money fantastic. Nothing, everything was fantastic. |
