Welcome to our charming elevated tiny house in the beautiful Betuwe region! This unique accommodation is ideal for those seeking a tranquil escape from the hustle of daily life or the city. Our cleverly designed tiny house maximizes the use of its 21m2. The interior exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and functionality. It features a comfortable double bed that can be folded into a sofa, providing extra space during the day. In the compact, fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find a microwave, a stove with a hood, and ample storage for your kitchen utensils. The bathroom offers a modern waterfall shower, an essential toilet, and a sink with plenty of space to store all your personal belongings. The large transparent sliding doors not only flood the space with natural light but also offer breathtaking views of the surrounding fields and meadows.
After three generations of running the dairy farm, Arkelshoef, we decided to embrace our unique location further by diversifying into various activities. In addition to our cows, we now have a variety of farm animals including sheep, horses, and chickens. Recently, fueled by our passion for escape rooms, we've even created two rooms that pay homage to the enchanting stories of the Betuwe.
Our location combines the best of both worlds: the tranquility and beauty of the countryside with the proximity of the city. Explore local markets, restaurants, and shops, all within biking distance. The picturesque village of Geldermalsen is just a 10-minute bike ride away, offering everything you need for your stay. Moreover, with the Geldermalsen train station, you can reach the historic city of Den Bosch in just 15 minutes and the vibrant Utrecht within 25 minutes. Sprinter trains to these cities depart every 12 minutes. Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Nijmegen, and Arnhem are all accessible within approximately 45 minutes by car.
