Two minutes walk from the lookout point Storhaugen with an amazing 360 degrees view of the city and surrounding islands, as well as several playgrounds in the neighborhood. Several groceries and many cafes and restaurants close by. 10 minutes walk to the new indoor water park, the 418 stairs to Fjellstua, the city park, Ålesund shopping center etc.
