The building is modern and has common areas such as: Grill area and bar, areas that can be used after consulting availability and according to building regulations. The pool and gym are shared areas without reservation request, capacity according to permitted capacity. All common areas are shared with the apartment owners and tenants. On the first floor of the building, there are shops, cafes, etc. There is a balcony, overlooking Reducto Avenue, 28 de Julio Avenue and Paseo de la República, less than two blocks from the San Antonio cafeteria and the well-known gastronomic place "Mercado 28". Fast internet, desk area so you can work. Complimentary weekly cleaning starting from 7 nights (after coordination of time and date according to availability of the cleaning staff).
