The apartment with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is designed to accommodate 4 people. It is an ideal getaway option for a family or traveling friends. The highly functional 52 m² space offers a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Equipped with a comfortable sofa, a projector with SMART function (access to the Netflix platform) and a bookshelf, the living area is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. In addition, there is a balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy a sip of morning coffee. The bedroom not only has a very comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, but also a desk with a chair, so guests working remotely will be able to take care of business duties in comfort. Multimedia in the apartment includes access to high-speed free Wifi internet. Comprehensive furnishings with necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment and multimedia ensure a comfortable stay. A complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and linens are provided to facilitate the start of each stay. The interior is bright, modern and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. There is a possibility to bring your favorite pet for the trip, as the property accepts pets.
