Best Guest Porto Hostel is located in a renovated building in the historical centre of Porto, part of the UNESCO World Heritage area. It offers free high-speed WiFi and São Bento metro and train stations are a 1-minute walk. The heated rooms feature a private bathroom (except the twin rooms), individual lockers, orthopaedic beds, free bed linen, towels for rent (included in twin and double rooms) and key card access. The property also has two lounge areas. The hostel has a large equipped shared kitchen and offer a simple buffet breakfast. Various cafes and restaurants are a 1-minute walk from Best Guest Porto Hostel. Iconic Clérigos Tower is a 4-minute walk and Santa Catarina Street, offering a variety of shops and traditional cafes, is a 7-minute walk from the property. The Bolhão Market, the Douro River and D. Luis Bridge is a 5-minute walk from Best Guest Porto Hostel. The property has a 24-hour reception and Porto International Airport is 13 km from Best Guest Porto Hostel.

澳門「地理位置、員工態度、友善的室友、儲物空間。之前在西班牙和里斯本住了兩間民宿，對比之下，這間民宿是最好的，浴室是我見過最乾淨的，雙洗手盆、花灑頭是沒有漏水的，很感恩，因為之前住的酒店花灑頭都是漏水的，真的很感恩。掛衣服的位置也很多，洗手盆下便是可以放東西，所以沖涼是很方便，廁所配有吹風機，不過民宿一般規定使用時間是有限定的，要和室友協調。 每隔床位都配有燈、叉電口，locker儲物空間很久，用房咭開關，不用另外再買鎖。 另外有一點，廚房是在地牢，打掃得10分乾淨，我住過其他民宿，都有很多蚊滋...」

Group booking conditions:
- A group is considered a reservation with ten (10) or more guests;
- Group bookings are only accepted for a minimum of three (3) nights;
- A pre-payment will be requested by the property;
- In case of a cancelation, a partial or total modification of the reservation, the amount paid is non-refundable.
In case the conditions of group bookings described above are not met, the property has the right to cancel the reservation.
