The House Casa das Amendoeiras was originally built in late 19th century. Today it is at your disposal to enjoy the charm of the noble residences of that time, with modern comforts. It is possible to delight with the imposing staircase of the entrance, the high ceilings rooms with exquisite stuccoes and old character features, wood floor and tiles. At the same time we have a modern kitchen with all appliances and dining space, pleasant outdoor spaces to enjoy the Algarve climate on the patio or on the rooftop. Not forgetting the air conditioning, essential to rest after the hot days of the Algarve summer. The covered patio have a sitting area, barbecue and dining space, the terrace overlooking the castle Silves and Cathedral. Also has a spacious private backyard ornate with tile panels and even a fountain (!), providing comfort, privacy for having meals or a drink at the end of the day or just relax. There is a special space for everyone, even a dedicated office space with fiber internet!
Points of Interest and surrounding activities The city provide public amenities and sports in a 5 min walking distance: pool, padel, basket court, skate park, running and bike path by the river, playground and public gardens. Nearby there are several golf courses, within 30 min driving distance. Also has a great number of recent and old charming restaurants for all tastes.
