It is an apartment with magnificent sea view and the Sierra de Água de Pau, located in the center of Ponta Delgada, close to the farmers market. It is a modern accommodation, with excellent sun exposure and tasteful decor. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children, and a terrace. Ideal for couples or small families. It has free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and air conditioning. There are free car parks in the vicinity of the apartment, next to the Chapel of the Mother of God (Mãe de Deus), and in Peru street (Rua do Peru), between the farmers market and the apartment. Both are about 100m from the apartment. In addition to these options, there are also several parking spaces with parking meters, which are not paid during night until 8 am.
After working more than 20 years in market leading multinational companies, I decided with my family to move to Azores and now drive our own short-term rental business. Passionate about the Azores, I combine this business with my diving instructor activity, which enables me to stay connected with nature and people. We started off with Ladeira Loft, but we have more fantastic properties coming very soon! Our mission is to provide our guests a memorable experience by putting them at the heart of everything we do. We welcome you to our place, your home!
Ladeira Loft is located on the emblematic Ladeira da Mãe de Deus, which gives access to the Fort and Chapel of Mãe de Deus, where it is possible to have a view of the city in its entirety, as well as the nearest towns. A few meters from Ladeira Loft you will find the Graça Market, where you will find a wide variety of regional products such as pineapple, bananas, jams, chorizo, bolo levedo, cheeses, fresh fish and handicrafts. Just 400m away are the Portas do Mar, which is a diversified market and leisure area to serve locals and visitors that is physically connected to the old marina of Ponta Delgada. About 350m from the apartment is the Church of São Pedro, considered one of the most beautiful buildings of Baroque religious architecture in the archipelagos.
