Apartamentul este recent renovat, este complet utilat: cablu TV, Smart TV (Netflix, youtube etc), masina de spalat rufe, cafea, aragaz, cuptor cu microunde, AC, frigider. Apartamentul dispune de parcare privata cu poarta automata (comandata de la distanta), si cheie seif.
