Ottimo hotel in rapporto al prezzo. Alla reception disponibili e pronti a capire l'esigenza del cliente senza fare troppe domande. Stanza pulita. Ottimo il bagno con finestra e doccia con idromassaggio. Colazione anche con piatti preparati al momento. L'hotel ha 5,6 posti auto, non non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare posto... è probabile che in altissima stagione non sempre siano disponibili... Non è in centro storico... ma in cinque minuti a piedi si raggiunge la zona pedonale, anche se la strada di accesso è un po' scomoda e poco illuminata (non è però un quartiere brutto o pericoloso) La nostra camera, al primo piano e su lato montagna, aveva una vista decisamente triste sulla parete fangosa del monte... ed era poco luminosa e mal illuminata. |

Quasi tutto positivo. staff gentilissimo e disponibile, camere pulite, vicinanza al centro, prezzo adeguato. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, anche se forse è meno indispensabile che altrove. |

Il personale è molto disponibile e premuroso, la struttura è nuovissima, la stanza spaziosa anche con la presenza del lettino per bambini, la doccia del bagno da sola merita un 10, la posizione è centrale a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro pedonale di Brasov e dalla telecabina che sale al belvedere Le barriere architettoniche: l' ascensore parte dal primo piano (e non dalla hall) e arriva al quinto piano (al sesto c'è il bar sala colazioni) |

The staff (everyone that we met) were so friendly, helpful and very welcoming. I could not believe that the hotel was so nice, considering the cost was very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was much better than I expected and the rooms were very comfortable. They even had a very "deluxe" shower with "rain" shower head and side streams of water. The location is also great. Just a five minute walk into the pedestrian zone of Brasov and also included parking. Could not have asked for more :D |

I had only only one medium and 2 little problem: it was bad, that we couldn't switch off the heater, so was terrible hot in the room. We must open the windows at night, and I don't like to heating the streets. / little things: the breakfast was very poor, and behind the hotel there were a bit too much rubbish. |

Hotel Pantex is new and modern, with direct outside parking, and just a short walk to beautiful Old Town Brasov. It is located on a side street so it was quiet. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the forest. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast on the top floor was really good with nice views. The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English. We stayed three nights and were very satisfied. Our cost was about $80 per night, and was well worth it for the comfort and location. |

The room was nice for the price. The location was good for walking to the old town. The breakfast was enormous and fresh. The staff was quite helpful. The parking was limited and I worried about the car along the busy street. |

Nice hotel, good room, friendly service. The location is excellent, an easy walk to the centre. Why would one put a glass door to the bathroom? So you can watch your partner on the toilet? |

The staff at Hotel Pantex were very couteous. The location of the Hotel was PERFECT....close to several key places that you just have to visist to believe in Brasov. You can bet I will be staying here in 6 months when I return. |

I have stayed in many Romanian Hotels. this was by far the best quality and value for money hotel I have been in. The hotel, staff and services provided are excellent. This should be the first choice of hotel for anyone visiting Brasov. Well done and thank you for a wonderful time. |

Super friendly, helpful and caring staff, particularly the manager and bartender! Very good quality breakfast with hot food. Excellent location to the old town of Brasov with views of the city and mountains. Room quality and cleaness were of an excellent standard as well. I recommend this hotel highly. |

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. They hooked me up with a taxi driver who gave me a lovely tour of some of the sites outside of town for a very reasonable price. Also, the location was perfect and the shower was awesome! |

Staff were very friendly and helpful with a lot of care and attention to their guests. They speak English very well. The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful views and a short walk to the city center. We recommend it and we would certainly return. |

We like the position of hotel: in a peaceful zone but at 5-10 min walking from central area of Brasov City (comercial lane, central park, old downtown, "Black Cathedral", Telecab to climb Tampa Pick - with a magnifique panorama from 400m above the city). The rooms at back side of hotel look directly into a silent forest with fresh air. The hotel is new, the personnel is very kind, the rooms are spatious and maintained permanently clean, the shower is multi-functional. From bar-breakfast room at 6 floor you can admire the panorama of city. |

Room and bathroom are large; nice view from the balcony and easy walking to the old city and hiking up the hill and staff helpful. Insufficient insulation..noisy traffic until 11:00 pm. can be heard as well as the doors banging from the hallway. If corrected, this can be a really good hotel to stay in. |
