Our space is suitable only for undemanding guests due to the limited amenities and the small area of the studio (30 m2). The accomodation is enough suitable just for easy going people who want to enjoy most of the day on the beach, in restaurants/bars and at various social events. --------------------------- Except in the cases listed below, everything else is already included in the price - so our guests do not have to pay for anything else (there are no hidden costs) -->> 1. Each guest must pay the Tourist tax for each night of stay (for adults: 2,50 EUR; for children 7-18 years: 1,25 EUR; for children 0-6 years: 0 EUR) - It is payable in cash upon your arrival. 2. In the price is already included a basic refreshment, disinfection and preparation of the space during the exchange of two groups of guests. We are not charging cleaning fee as we are expecting from our guests to empty the trash bins and to clean everything before they leave the studio. If for any reason our guests will not leave the studio at least in a fairly similar state of cleanliness as they found it on their first day, a surcharge for cleaning will be required according to the cleaning service price list (20 - 50 EUR, depending on the extra required time). We collect a cleaning deposit of 50 EUR in cash when guest arrives at our property. We return the full cleaning deposit in cash on the day of check-out, unless additional cleaning of the space is required (in this case, after the additional necessary cleaning, we will prepare an invoice and transfer any remaining deposit to the guest's account within a few days).
