The location of Baan Wassana is perfect - right in the middle of the old town and walking distance from most things. Host met us at the property with a little snack (a real treat) and was extremely responsive to every request we made. Would highly recommend this place. We loved it.

Baan Wassana is located in the heart of Chiang Mai city, on the inner moat on Phra Pok Klao Road. Surrounded by various ancient temples. and opposite Wat Chedi Luang and the beautiful Pan Tao Temple, and also next to Tha Phae Sunday Walking Street, only 3 minutes from the accommodation. We designed the accommodation in the shape of a one-story resort-style house. There is a salt water swimming pool. There is a wooden floor terrace around the house with a roof garden, emphasizing nature. We are in the city center of Chiang Mai, the inner moat. Next to Sunday Walking Street, takes 2 minutes to travel. Opposite Chedi Luang Temple and Pan Tao Temple. This area consists of local Thai families and hotels. Friendly and happy to help with anything. The accommodation is in the heart of the city, around 300 meters away. There are many important temples, restaurants, shops and nightlife all within walking distance. Especially on Sunday, there will be Chiang Mai Walking Street. You can take your family to buy food or souvenirs to give to your friends. Travel distance from accommodation to tourist attractions 170 meters to Wat Chedi Luang 120 meters to Wat Pan Tao 300 meters to the Three Kings Monument 400 meters to Tha Phae Gate 700 meters to Wat Phra Singh 150 meters to 7-11(minimart) 3.3 kilometers to Chiang Mai Airport 3.4 kilometers to the train station 4.0 kilometers to the public transport station Traveling in Chiang Mai can be done by private car or Grab transport or RTC bus transport line 24. We have a parking lot for 2 cars. Especially on Sunday There will be a lot of cars coming in and out. Because the road will be closed to make Tha Phae Walking Street for selling things and food on this route, but cars can travel in and out on the other side of the road
