Beautiful resort, and with best ever view. To go to the resort you need to use the water transportation, it is provided by the resort but it is restricting your freedom of time.

A beautiful small island very close to Phuket Town. It takes 10 minutes by boat to get there. We liked this, even if it of course made us run sometimes to get the transfer on time. The hotel has 2 lovely sliders for children, directly into the pool. We had so much fun there. Great place for children. Also a kids club available. Great breakfast, especiallly the banana pancakes made by a Euporean Chef..in fact this hotel is full of Englishmen. And a lot of people coming by for the real estate sales. We had a lovely room with a modern feel, and a little jacuzzi on the terrace. Even if this hotel is still under construction the jacuzzi however was already worn out and the tiles had fallen of in part. The view from the rooms are on a green grass field, but some flowers would have enhanced the view more we felt. We slept very well in the bed. Very comfortable. Nice to have a little kitchen if you want to make a cup of tea. We enjoyed the tub after a long day. The reception staff was nice and helpful. Everybody spoke English well. It was nice to have the pool in front of the beach. The island is tiny and there is no village or anything, only the hotel. You can take a trip to another island with better beaches every day with their tour boat for an extra cost. This hotel is still under construction! I had read the comments from more than 6 months ago, and they are still building! There is a huge generator underneath the reception that makes so much noice that you can hear it everywhere in the area, also in the room at night! It is such a shame that it has to be placed so central to create electricity. It certainly ruins the "island feeling". Confusing information on the tv regarding the construction work and free spa treatments that were targeted certain customers. Stiff comment from UK on-duty manager on that topic. The prices of the restaurant were high, and also the price for drinks. No drinks in the minibar. The taxi to get to Phuket Town is 10 Euro.each way approximately. From the Laem Hin Pier you need a taxi as it is completely isolated. We must admit that the five stars do not really apply to this hotel. It is a nice 3 or perhaps 4 star hotel, under construction. The beach is not clean. The water is dirty and the sand full of dirt in the waterfront. A shame for a small island like this.

The beachfront villa with it's own pool was amazing!!! Staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend this resort - still having some work done while they are building more villas - but everything we saw was beautiful.

Had planned to stay 5 nights but since it was very far off from Patong beach, we decided to stay for only one night. I, however, did really like the villas and the spa treatment facility. The rest i could not experience. Too far from Patong beach. The rest I thought was great!

The location, facilities, scenery, personnel and whole design of the place was simply amazing! It is clearly a newly set up resort therefore they still have a few glitches like the phones and Internet to get over but I'm sure they'll have it done soon. The fact that room service stops at 10 pm.

I liked the design of the villas ... very spacious and comfortable.. The transportation from the peer to the hotel was difficult very basic and not safe, a challange really that spoiled our whole stay, still we had to use it every time we wanted go anywhere outside hotel. Absolutely not a 5 star hotel..

Excellent location - only 500 mtrs off the coast of Phuket which means you could easily go into town for the night then come back. Head chef Lee was excellent and the food was brilliant (until the last night when Lee wasn't there). Gourmet menu - breakfast was brilliant. Happy hour each night in the beach bar was also great - good value as drinks were fairly pricey. I appreciate hotel is just newly opened, however there are not enough staff and not enough facilities for the number of guests they are accommodating. About 20 sun loungers maximum is not enough for folk who want to laze by the pool - yes you have a private jacuzzi at your room but I wanted to go swimming and lack of loungers meant this wasn't possible. Also cleanliness was less than impressive - towel was dirty when I arrived, and cleaner failed to replace. The policy of clean towels only every 3 days wasn't very impressive! Also on the last night we ate at Deli, we both ordered lasagne and when it eventually came (30 mins later!!!) we found it to be cold in the middle. We complained, and they did refire this, however we didn't get an apology, any money off or anything. We both were ill that night - not very impressive. All in all the Village could be really nice (when it is finished) if they add more staff and open more facilities. Just now it's overpriced for what it is, and not ideal for relaxation (as there's dumper trucks and JCBs going past all the time). Sadly disappointing experience

Loved the quality of the Villa's, got a free upgrade on arrival which was much appreciated. The staff even organised an in house babysitter for the evening so we could go into Patong. The food in the restaurant was amazing and offered large portions. The view is stunning, with the sound of the waves lapping the beach. Free watersports was a lovely addition, thoroughly enjoyed taking the kids out kayacking. The beach is not blue seas and white sands like you expect from Phuket, and I felt the Spa was always quite full if you wanted to book same day. The dvd collection could also do with updating!

It was perfect for relaxing in the pirvate area without crowding tourists. The restaurante closed at 11 pm and it was nothing to eat after that. The beach was not very good in the front but there is a boat tour to another island just 5 minutes away with white sand and torcos water.

The villas facing the sea are very nice In fact nowhere it was mentioned on your website that the hotel is still under construction. Only the villas facing the sea where ok. I personnaly think it is scandalous to offer this hotel considering the level of completeness of the work.

Ideal holiday for couples and also for family. Very good facilities available in the villa (can cook and wash clothes) and nice breakfast and there are many choices of restaurants for dinner closeby. First, the snorkeling trip was beautiful but it is a pity because the tourists were not told the do's and don'ts before the activity. This is important in order to preserve the corals. I saw two tourists were standing and jumping on the corals and a few flipping their flippers while swimming upright. This is too disheartening to see for a resort which emphasize on eco friendly environment at the resort. Hope the management will look into this. Secondly, the booking term if cancelled in less than 2 weeks, the whole booking will be charged. I think this is ridiculous as most of the clients are professionals whom may have something urgent and need to cancel the booking few days prior to the trip.

Rooms are very good and quite. Position directly on the sea and beach is great. The village idea is really good. The Sea in front of the beach is very bad. Brown sea color... Bleah! If you search a good sea... Isnt your destination. Work in the village still proceding: Village is 90% completely. Internet free is just a dream: line continuos to fall down and speed is ridiculus. In my opinion they need some months to improve the village.

The location is fantastic, a good getaway from some of the madness in Phuket, a very serene and calm place. The private pool villas are spectacular and very luxurious, during the day the views of the islands is great. Restaurants have some amazing food. Food and Drinks are a bit pricy at the island but there is a grocery store on island to buy cheaper. Not a place to go if you are looking for activities/night party. As this is a very quiet chilled place.

The Jacuzzi in the back garden. The lack of water, it was so bad and unreliable I had to shower with bottled water to rinse off from the Jaccuzzi and I won't go into any detail about toilet flushing! The lack of any action by the staff when there was no water, we were told that was just the way it it. The power cuts were no fun either when food in the fridge went off and the air conditioner couldn't be opporated. Again we were told it was just the way it was and there was no offer to replace spoiled food. My husband and I had another booking for 8 further nights after this booking under my husbands name and we were thoroughly disappointed by this resort and would not go back.

The hotel was excellent! We stayed at the suite jacuzzi room, and it was perfect, the room was big, the bathroom was nice with nice bathtub too. The pool was great, and furthermore when we went there, we got free use of Sauna, Steam Room and Therapy pool, the price was very reasonable, it really worth to stay in this hotel! Highly recommended!

“Resort was very luxurious which made value for money even better. Located towards the southern tip of Phuket, it avoids the large tourist crowds that crowd Patong. The staff is very good. The breakfast is well worth the money. The food in general is very good at the hotel, and very inexpensive when compared to other hotels and resorts in Phuket. Booked the Junior Suite but was upgarded upon arrival to a Pool Villa. The Pool Villas are very nice and you have your own private area to retreat to without having to worry about noise from neighbors etc. Free sea kayaks and windsurfing was a nice touch! Beach is very nice as well.” Marc, Amsterdam |
