Set in beautiful and well maintained gardens. Quiet corner of the town where you could be ignorant of the bustle elsewhere. Breakfast terrace right next to beach with view of mountains behind the sea. Very good breakfast especially the freshly cooked omelette, freshly squeezed orange juice and Turkish yoghurt. Nice swimming pools with loungers and bar service and lovely outlook on gardens, bougainvillea draped hotel walls and mountains behind.
You could swim directly off the beach in front of the hotel or even more spectacularly off rocks a few hundred metres away

Set in Akyaka, less than 1 km from Akyaka Public Beach, Tomsan Suites & Villas Akyaka offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a bar.
Well-designed rooms. Hotel staff are very friendly.
This hotel offers a cafe and accommodations with views of the Azmak River and Gokova Gulf from their balcony. It is located less than a 10-minute walk away from Akyaka Beach.
Beautiful views from the balcony. Great swimming pool.
If you need a full rest and recharge, this is the place.
If you need a full rest and recharge, this is the place. If in search of thrills and wild parties, you'll be disappointed. When the night comes, apart from Akyaka, there are no lights for as far as the eyes can see. One does not need a car to move around as it is tiny and cozy place. If you wish to go to the beaches outside Akyaka, there are always cabs, and they are not a rip off.

Hotel Baga is located just out of Akyaka town.
Hotel Baga is located just out of Akyaka town.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk into Akyaka. Or take a taxi which are inexpensive.
The area feels like it is in upmarket resort of about 4/5 hotels which all have excellent views of the sea, There are extensive sunbathing areas, some more private than others.
Akyaka town is a busy town with lots of eateries and bars too numerous to mention. We ate at a number of establishments. There are a number of high end bars which are very modern and still little bars/eateries that are more traditional. Something for everyone.
We did a Riverboat cruise (again) which was enjoyable and walked to the beach with the Windsurfers.
It was a little cold at night towards the end of September so take a jacket (just in case)
We visited Delli Memet for cocktails etc. Lovely set of servers who were very attentive and respectful.
We also visit a lovely restaurant just off the beach in Akyaks, very near to Yuculin Hotel. Where you overlook the kayaks in the sea; we have been there a few times and the food is lovely. You can then walk along the boardwalk towards where the boats are moored.

Beautiful little town, excellent restaurants.
Beautiful little town, excellent restaurants. We were the only British there and everyone was so helpful translating menus. Or used google translation. The river is absolutely beautiful. Wouldn't recommend weekends as extremely busy with turkiah families having weekend away

Beautiful charming town with river Azmak and unique architecture. Excellent location with a good climate.
There is a variety of restaurants with local and international cuisine.
Besides local beach there are few great bays 15 minutes away by foot.
If you are into kitesurfing, you must visit local Kite beach which is 15 minutes away by car.
There are few excursions worth of going to the beautiful bays for swimming and Sedir island with Kleopatra beach. Cooling in Azmak river just the way locals do is a must!

Akyaka has the most friendly people and welcoming charm...
Akyaka has the most friendly people and welcoming charm about it. The staff in all the restaurants are wonderful and very attentive. Great food and plenty of bars with live music in the evenings. Still away from the normal touristy and very popular with the Turkish people themselves as a holiday resort. Quite small but perfect for a totally chilled week in the sun with plenty going on should you wish for it. Wonderful, cannot recommend enough. If you want pumping nightclubs its not for you but the bars are open till late and the atmosphere and friendliness is second to none.
It was our first trip to Akyaka and loved it, wished we had stayed longer. the accommodation was fabulous and unbelievable for the price, spacious with lovely traditional features. The owner and his staff were also fantastic, made us feel very welcome and always so helpful. A great thank you to Emir and his team, also breakfast not to be missed, amazing selection of homemade delights, the Turkish way. Will definitely be back, Ellie and Paul
Location on top a hill with beautiful views. The host was very responsive via whatsapp. We traveled with a large group and he was very flexible to add extra rooms. Renovation and quality of rooms was great. Architecture style was very consistent with historic local style and very charming.
5-10s mins walk from shops and bakeries, 20 mins downhill to beach. We did not have a car and it was a perfectly fine walk!
we have most liked the staff. they were all very friendly and accomodating. They had smiley faces and went above and beyond to make us happy. for example, my father likes drinking ayran (turkish drink), they didn’t carry it so they made it frim scratch for him. I stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and haven’t felt that comfortable anywhere else.
The owner of the hotel is very nice, helpful and always smiling.
He gave us a good room with a good view.
The hotel owner allowed us to use the washing machine in the hotel.
We only wanted to stay for one night, but every day we decided to stay longer (:
He gave us a good room with a good view.
Here you feel yourself at home.
Very local, family business, love the place. Super helpfull and friendly staff. We had great time here. Perfect place for families but still a nice choice for vacation with friends. It is near Azmak river like 2 mins walk. Turkish breakfast by Azmak is highly recommended. It is also very budget friendly hotel 100% recommended.
Akyaka is a beautiful place by its own. This hotel has among the highest ranks in Akyaka, and for a good reason:
Beautiful clean hotel, excellent swimming pool, perfect location - little higher than the crowdy town center.
Above all the hospitality and responsiveness of the owner earns another point towards "10++"
The location for Akyaka it is the best location in my opinion. Is suitable for pensioners as it is quiet. The facility due to the surveillance staff not be entered by other people who do not belong to the facility.
If you come by car, parking is provided inside the complex.
A charming hotel located in a very beautiful location.
In my opinion the best hotel in Akyaka.
Excellent staff is always ready to help.
Clean beach area. great food. The numbers meet expectations. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come back again.
The hotel was nice and clean. Excellent location, close to the beach and the Azmak Creek. Also very close to the boats where you can take daily tours.
The hotel staff was nice.
Breakfast was open buffet with good selection.
Great location. Great views. Internal hotel lobby and grand fireplace is fantastic. Fire was operating due to cold weather and it was great to sit around and read a book. Hotel staff were friendly.
Location is really good. Place is quite and is NOT in the center of Akyaka which was good for me. However in 10-20 minutes walking I was able to get to it. Nice breakfast. Own parking lot.
Perfect location, friendly staff and exceptional breakfast are the key highlights of the Totelya. We spend a couple of days at Totelya to try out kite surfing at akyaka kite beach.
it was clean with friendly staff. great location. breakfast was included although the hotel didn’t have a restaurant so we ate at a cafe nearby which was paid by the hotel.
