Since I was flying to Dalaman later in the day, I booked the villa on her behalf, and the level of hospitality and care she received as a guest was truly exceptional.
From the moment of arrival to checkout, Hasibe was warm, friendly, and understanding. She went above and beyond to make her guests feel at home, even taking the time to show my partner around the area. (Spoiler alert: the tour included a pond with turtles, which based on the photos looked absolutely adorable! — plus it included a short stop to pick fresh berries from nearby shrubs.)
I highly recommend staying at this villa, even if just for a short visit, as it’s only a few minutes away by taxi from the airport. The place was impeccably clean and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was incredibly positive, offering a vibrant and uplifting energy to the surroundings.

We only stayed for one night as we had a late flight.
The hosts were very welcoming, offered to collect us from the airport, and to cook some food when we got in.
They made us feel very welcome and no pressure to leave the following day.
The Villa has everything you need and we would definitely stay again and return.
It had some beautiful views of the beach, see and out little enjoyed seeing the planes land and take off (These couldn’t be heard)

Great food, great entertainment. Mixed experience of hotel staff - some were very helpful and some weren't. Great facilities for families and young children. Rooms need to be refreshed. Pool area around the toddlers pool was very slippy.

A gorgeous quiet local café selling traditional Turkish food was Hasret’s Kitchen, so tasty & better than any tourist place!

We liked the tranquility of it all away from the hustle n bussle. But with the option of just being a boat ride away from it if we wanted to. We chose not to. We had everything we needed lovely home grown home cooked food and wine. Would highly recommend

I have visited Dalyan around 10 times now.
I have visited Dalyan around 10 times now. The restaurants are v good - some a bit pricey but you still get value for money. Shopkeepers in general are very nice and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed La Bohème, Allegria and Laguna. There was also a small place along the river (sorry can’t remember the name) where you can sit on cushions on the floor, enjoy the best Gozleme and pomegranate juice with a great view of the tombs.

The nearby village had a supermarket and useful shops, which were much cheaper than those in the hotel. The village was just over 10 10-minute walk. We bought some toys for kids and nappies.

It is near Dalaman airport, easy to get there and taxis are very convenient. The beach was perfect, just in front of the trees a sandy beach. We were able sunbqth under the trees with a nice breeze. Very beautiful nature.

We stayed in Dalyan, which is a peaceful and beautiful place. Don't make the mistake of staying in Ortaca itself; though close to Dalyan (and, weirdly, lumped together on Booking.com) it is more developed and not nearly as nice.

Dalyan is one of those places that captures your heart, we have been going there for 8 years, same villa with a group and always enjoy it. It has it all, a river, lakes, beaches, sea, boats, great value restaurants and bars aplenty. What really makes its really special are those that work and host tourists from around the world. It still remains great value for money.

The hotel is close to Dalaman Airport & offered a transfer to the airport for a reasonable price. Our flight left early in the morning, so staying close to the airport was our priority. The hotel room was small but definitely suited our needs. It is a lovely family run hotel. We had a delicious Turkish dinner but left before breakfast, so cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast food.

The location is great for Dalaman Airport and the hotel will collect and deliver you if requested, at a small cost.
The hotel rooms have recently been upgraded and it is a very pleasant place to overnight. There is a small cafe in the garden.
It is family-run and everyone is very friendly.

Recommended a cosy little restaurant a block away for a late evening meal as our flight arrived after 9pm. Good choice if you just want to spend the night. We've spent the night till our check in in our holiday hotel in Fethiye. It is 5-10 mins drive from the Dalaman Airport and it's a very small family guest house, converted modernly from a village house. The staff is very helpful, they waited us at the airport although our flight was delayed more than 1.5 hours. The AC was working well.

Dalaman Airport AliBaba House is a perfect place to stay in Muğla the number 1. It is close to the center and Dalaman Airport. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Dalaman Airport AliBaba House again. The price performance ratio is very good."
