SlovakiaThe property itself and the staff are amazing! Not to mention the amazing food throughout all day. Place is clean and being cleaned nonstop and even though there is a lot of people, it feels like there is only few due to the space of the resort. If you want to stay quiet, you can go to the beach and enjoy the peaceful sound or stay near the pool with tons of activities for you and also your children. The resort does deserve the voice it’s receiving. It’s truly amazing.

United KingdomI cannot stress enough how excellent it is to stay here. You’re welcomed and treated like family, no question or request is a problem and the staff will go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable! Highly recommended.
Apartments are private, spacious and well equipped. The complex has a pool and is a great place to use as a base to visit surrounding areas such as: Gocek, Sadece and Sarigerme.
As mentioned above, this property is best used as a base to explore the surrounding areas. The local supermarket is a short walk.
There’s a local food delivery service that the staff will be able to assist you in ordering, breakfast can be included in your stay if selected. If not, the local supermarket is nearby.

Great food, great entertainment.
Great food, great entertainment. Mixed experience of hotel staff - some were very helpful and some weren't. Great facilities for families and young children. Rooms need to be refreshed. Pool area around the toddlers pool was very slippy.

The nearby village had a supermarket and useful shops, which were much cheaper than those in the hotel. The village was just over 10 10-minute walk. We bought some toys for kids and nappies.

The Hilton is a resort hotel, but there's not much to the resort itself. So it really depends on whether you want a luxury hotel and beach to chill, or want to get out and about. If the latter, this probably isn't the best resort unless you want a few shops to but cheap souvenirs and fake branded clothes.
Have enjoyed a few holidays at the Hilton and its definitely best in season when you can guarantee good weather for being outdoors with plenty of space. In April we had some poor weather which meant all guests were competing for the limited space in and around the indoor pool. Without paying (a lot) extra to go into the spa, the facilities were cramped and overrun by unsupervised children.

Never saw Dalaman but I advise to take as little baggage as possible. I was flying with 1 small bag only which was super comfy.
Be prepared that if you have check in luggage you have to arrive at least 2.5 hours before because its painstaking to get through the airport, especially check-in with your luggage. The airport is huge and quite confusing. You can safely use your debit cards there I checked on mine. Everything was ok!

I only stayed two nights and was working remotely, so didn't experience too much, but from the couple of walks I had into the town I got a sense that you wouldn't need more than 1-2 days for the town, but it could be a convenient place to stay as a base to see other places.
Bus station is about 15-20 minutes drive outside of the town - so you definitely need to get a taxi there!
I think as a place to stay if your arriving at Dalaman Aiport late or leaving early, then a nights accommodation in Dalaman is a good option.
Use Turkey Lira and have cash, found taxis and buses you needed cash. I didn't eat or drink out, so cannot comment on need for cash at cafes, restaurants, or bars. The small supermarkets and liquor outlets took cards.

Perfect apartment close to Dalaman airport with beautiful views of the countryside and excellent hosts, we enjoyed a lovely freshly prepared breakfast and evening meal in their outside kitchen area which had been personally tailored for us. We arrived on a late flight but we were still greeted in person by Can who showed us to our apartment and explained everything we needed to know. It was our first visit to Turkey and we immediately felt so welcome, we definitely hope to return in the future.

Staff were brilliant, food was good quality, spa treatment and experience really good thanks to Cuma and team.. Reception and customer service much improved upon since last year. Private airport transfers great value and a must. The hotel and communal areas are well presented and gardens immaculately tended. Security and front gate is very well ran. Proximity to the town is quick easy and cheap.

The guesthouse is ideally located if your flight is arriving late at Dalaman airport and you’ve got another flight or bus from the airport the next morning. It takes less than five minutes taxi drive to the hotel from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and it’s surprisingly quiet for an airport location. Breakfast is delicious.

Excellent hotel with variety of food, very kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Room service provided every day full drink bar. Hotel location spacious with plenty of pools and restaurants, bars. Beach clean ☺️it exceeded our expectations. Will come back definitely.

Beautiful setting, incredibly helpful and always smiley staff, good food, relaxed atmosphere. No loud music so that we could read a book. Hotel walking distance to the village. The “farewell lounge” where we tool a shower and got changed before going to the airport
