Only 900 metres from the beach and water sports facilities, this resort features 3 outdoor pools, a tennis court and a garden with an artificial waterfall. Air-conditioned apartments come with a washing machine. Each spacious apartment at Waterfall Residence has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Living room comes with a TV, seating area and floor-to-ceiling windows which open to the balcony with garden views. Guests can prepare their own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, stove and a dining area, along with an electric kettle and utensils. Free towels are available. A supermarket, which guests can find food stuff, is located next to the Residence Waterfall. There is a children’s pool and a mini golf course. Public beach offers rental sun loungers and parasols. Several restaurants and cafes are within a couple of minutes’ walk away. Antalya Airport is 134 km, and Dim River is a 10-minute drive from Waterfall Residence. There is a bus stop across the property. Free private parking is possible.

It is located in a beautiful landscape with an artificial waterfall, a Tennis court, mini golf , 3 swimming pools and children playing area. The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies and beautiful views. The apartments are bright. No carpet all tiles. A supermarket is located next to the entrance gate and a push button is located opposite the gate, to call for a taxi .
Dear guests ; We collect a damage deposit , from you in cash , when you arrive. We refund the deposit back to you, in cash, when we collect the keys from you. Please make sure that there is no stains on the beds, bed covers or any damage to the furniture, also please make sure that you take all your rubbish out, from bins , kitchen, rooms, toilets , balconies , fridge and freezer, to the green bin next to the entrance. Otherwise there would be a deduction from your deposit. Our caretaker will be with you inside the apartment, at your departure time , to refund your deposit. Please on the day of Check in bring your own cleaning detergents , washing detergents, bin bags and personal hygiene products, ie ; soap, shampoo,, tooth paste and tooth brush. We provide : pillows, pillow protector and pillow covers, mattress protector and fitted bed cover and flat sheet, kettle , toaster , microwave ,Washing machine, dish washer, floor mop and mopping baskets. There is also a supermarket next to the entrance gate of this property.
We recommend to go to following places for 1-beach , restaurants and water sport: - Flamingo : beautiful resturant , breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. beach front - Day One : beautiful resturant , breakfast , lunch ,beach front. - Hassan Happy Wave : for water sports - Mahpari: The best resturant, along Harbour with best food , service and views. - Hanci : The best coffee shop and restaurant - EV : Beautiful restaurant with live music after 9pm - Dim Cayi: Pinnarbashi Restaurant, seats are placed on the river. - Keyf-i-Kunefe : the best Kunefe in Alanya :Saray, Kale Market Arkası, Hacıhamdioğlu Cd. No: 35/A, 07400 Alanya/Antalya, Türkiye - Kelopatra beach : Beautiful beach and restaurants and tele cabin to take you up to see the whole city. 2- For shopping: - Shopping: Alunyum shopping Centre - Shopping : along Ataturk Street , my favorite one is Due.
